- Dock use must be requested and approved in writing before arrival.

PARKING:

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
- This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home, garage, or on the property.
- The primary guest must submit a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This requirement is mandatory with no exceptions.
- Minimum rental age is 25 years old.
- Guests are responsible for following the property's garbage and recycling schedule, including placing and retrieving bins from the curb during their stay.
- The City's noise ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and events are not permitted.
- Furniture and amenities are provided in as-is condition and are subject to change at the property owner's discretion.
- Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may be requested within 24–48 hours of arrival or departure. If approved, each is subject to a fee of $100 plus applicable tax.
Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. There is a locked closet inside the house that is off-limits to all guests.
The Neighborhood:
Look no further for a location in the center of all South Florida has to offer. The Villa is conveniently located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale between Miami and the Palm Beaches. We are a close distance to all major highways and only a short drive to Fort Lauderdale International Airport. This beautiful home is located in the Fort Lauderdale subdivision of Coral Ridge bordering Lauderdale Beach to the east. The ocean and beaches are just a few minutes away and Las Olas Boulevard (famed for its food, shopping, and entertainment) is a short drive away. In every direction, you will find dining, shopping, activities, and entertainment.
Fort Lauderdale, dubbed the “Venice of America,” is the yachting capital of the world. The city offers easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If eco-tourism is your interest visit Everglades National Park where you can view the wildlife (and feed marshmallows to alligators). Seminole Hard Rock Casino, where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining, is less than thirty minutes away. Las Olas Boulevard has fun for the whole family with dining, entertainment, and culture including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, Cinemas, Museum of Science, and Discovery and Broward Center for Performing Arts. There are multiple concerts and sports venues through South Florida including the Bank Atlantic Center, American Airlines Arena, Dolphin Stadium, and more.
Getting Around:
Lyft, Uber, Cabs, private car service and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is a maximum number of 5 cars that are allowed to be parked inside the driveway. There is absolutely no parking on the lawn, the street or inside the garage area.
