New house (2013) on a 1000 sq. m. landscaped terrain with heated pool from June to September (8 x 4.5 m). Close to the golf course and the beautiful beaches of the Ré Island. Large lounge, 4 bedrooms (3 beds of 180 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm) of which the master bedroom has a shower room, bathroom, and 2 toilets. Equipped kitchen (induction hobs, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), laundry (washing machine, tumble-dryer), sat TV, Wi-Fi.

Fabulous house, perfect location

We loved the house and its location - the best part of the island in our opinion. Beautifully appointed house, great pool and outside dining area. Photos don’t do it justice. We hope to return soon.

Dream house in a secluded & exclusive part of Ile de Re

This spacious well-stocked house, with large outdoor heated swimming pool and generous garden area with terrace, sun-loungers and hammock, had ample room for our family of 2 adults and 2 young children (under 2). The sleeping area is discreetly located at one end of the property (4 bedrooms, one en suite with shower) and 2 separate toilets and bathroom. The other end is a sizeable living area, kitchen and an outside veranda eating-table. The location is secure behind an exterior wall and electronic drive-through gates. Rubbish was collected every other day. We organise a cleaner to attend weekly, with a pool-man already organised to attend on that basis too. An electronic robot is programmed to cut the grass regularly. Everything of need was a short bicycle or drive away - the shops and market in Les Portes en Re, long stretches of relatively quiet beaches (even in high season), relaxed cabanes for food and oysters - and dedicated cycle paths across the island. The property is about a 1 hour drive from La Rochelle airport, located in one of the most picturesque and exclusive parts of the island. As a dedicated runner, there were amazing loops of tarmac, trail and sand, all around through the salt marshes, forest and along the coast. On arrival we were met by the property manager, who showed us how to use the modern appliances and electronic keys. She helpfully told us about rubbish collection times and organised the cleaner on demand. She also attended at the agreed time at check out. The property owner was also very polite and responsive on the few occasions we liaised by email. It was a lovely, relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Séjour relaxant sur l'Ile de Ré

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine relaxante dans un endroit où il fait bon vivre. Maison accueillante et très bien équipée, très belle piscine, situéee dans un endroit résidentiel calme et agréable. A 2 minutes du golf de Trousse Chemise et à10 minutes à vélo du village des Portes.

maison contemporaine dans l'esprit de l'ile

Belle maison dans une partie calme de l'ile avec coté rue, ,un jardin d'herbes folles et lavandes et coté vie ,la piscine, la terrasse et la verdure. Piscine chauffée plébiscitée quand la mer est froide et à toute heure par les enfants ! Intérieur bien agencé , équipé et tres confortable. Bref une superbe semaine de vacances en famille , dommage que le prix soit élevé et que l'on ne puisse pas en profiter plus longtemps. Bon accueil et souplesse pour l'entrée dans la location.

Gorgeous superbly appointed property in perfect location.

The property is absolutely lovely throughout and it's really difficult to find any faults. The salt water swimming pool is divine, set in a nicely sized and lush-lawned garden. The rooms are light and nicely sized and bright (3 of them have lovely french windows into the garden / onto the pool). The communal & dining spaces are lovely, especially the outdoor dining area / bbq looking onto the pool. And the position is absolutely perfect, set at the end of a quiet lane at the far end of the island - just a few minutes cycle into the pretty village with the lovely market at Les Portes. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. All in all, my children declared this the nicest holiday property we've stayed in; i can't disagree at all!

Très belles vancances dans cette partie du nord de l'île au calme

Maison très fonctionnelle, charmante et confortable. Jolis espaces, la piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. Décoration de bon goût (moins pour le salon). Unique bémol, l'odeur du linoléum dans les chambres du fond. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu à 2 minutes en vélo des plus belles plages de l'île.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances grâce à cette maison parfaite ainsi qu'à la grande gentillesse et flexibilité du propriétaire et de la personne chargée de la logistique de la maison. La maison et très confortable. Les lits sont très bons. L équipement de la cuisine ainsi que des salle de bain sont de première qualité. La plage est à 2 minutes. Nous espérons revenir l année prochaine.

Bonne surprise !

Nous avons loué cette maison à la dernière minute pour les fêtes de fin d'année sur la base de la photo proposée qui est bien en dessous des prestations découvertes. En effet, la maison est de bonne facture, les prestations intérieures sont de bon niveau et les équipement neufs et modernes, le tout très bien entretenu et extrêmement propre. Le propriétaire est resté disponible et avenant. La maison est située un peu loin dans le nord de l'île mais dans un endroit très calme et champêtre à 200 mètres du golfe et à proximité d'Ars en Ré où se situent les plus belles plages et parmi les meilleurs restaurants de l'Ile. Nous l'avons déjà conseillé à des amis.

Location idéale, rare à l'Ile-de-Ré!

Maison très propre et lumineuse, extrêmement bien située dans un endroit calme et plaisant. Nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine. Entre plages, golf et à cinq minutes à vélo du village des Portes, la maison avec sa piscine chauffée à 28 degrés fut appréciée par tous. Nous la recommandons vivement!
