House "feet in the water" overlooking the large beach of Trescadec (Audierne - Esquibien, Finistère): 6 bedrooms (a bed of 160, 3 beds of 140, 1 bed of 80 and 5 beds of 80) plus 1 sofa bed 140 in the living room, plus 3 extra beds (folding in large rooms), 4 bathrooms (2 with shower, 2 with bath), 2 toilets, kitchen (with dishwasher), dining area with two large extendable tables (more than 3 m with extensions) for 18 people, living room with DVD player, wifi.

Garden with sea view (250m2) with barbecue.

Possibility of daily delivery of croissants and fresh bread in the morning (in summer, with supplement).

50 meters from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the nautical club and the pier to the island of Sein.
5 minutes drive from the center of Audierne (nice walk on the GR that passes in front of the house).

NIce house, very conveniently located, Quiet surroundings. Just by the beach and nice walking trails along the coastline. A few bars/restaurants near, and 2 km to central Audierne with full service, It is clearly a house frequently rented and not very personal, but everything works fine

A fantastic two weeks. House was perfect for a mixed family group. The children aged from 3-16 loved the upstairs room and the extra bathroom space by another bedroom was perfect for two 1 year old twins. The house is literally 90 steps from the beautiful beach and communication from Xavier was excellent

Cycling holiday

Fantastic house so close to the beach you can hear the sea from your room. Some great local bars you can walk to. Amazing cycling, watersports and walking. Kitchen well kitted out and it was easy to feed 10 of us. Thanks!

Superb house for a family vacation

This house is ideal for a family reunion for all generations. We’ve spent 2 weeks in this nice house. We haven’t missed anything, Xavier offered a daily baguette services and had plenty of valuable tips for surfer beaches and good food. The only little minus was the cleanliness of the kitchen utilities, we solved this by a quick start of the dishwasher. Other than that everything was great!!!!

A WONDERFUL TIME

Spacious charming house in a perfect location. We just spent the month of July here with an ever-changing group of family and friends -- never more than eight but the house could easily sleep double that. Everything works. Plenty of hot water. A modern kitchen with as much equipment and dishware as you could possibly want. Knives that are sharp. Comfortable beds. Lights to read by at night. Thick walls so sounds don't travel. A small flower-filled garden for dining al fresco. Sea views galore. Each room has its own distinct personality. Xavier was quick and gracious about addressing some minor problems at the outset. Good restaurants nearby. Easily walkable to town. Long white sand beach that is super clean and has lifeguards. The teens enjoyed the two foodtrucks nearby. We had a marvelous month at this dreamy house across the street from a beautiful beach. Many thanks!

Das Haus roch muffig und nach Urin. Die Schränke waren verzogen und die Zimmertüren auch. Man konnte sie nicht schließen. Die Stühle waren z. T. nicht stabil und kaputt. Im Badezimmer und in der Küche ist Schimmel. 3 Teilnehmer konnten nicht in der Wohnung übernachten weil das Kind eine Schimmelallergie hat..Eine Teilnehmer hat Astma und hustet die ganzen Nächte. Die Beschreibung der Zimmer stimmt nicht. Es gibt nur 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. In einem weiteren Raum gab es neben dem Bett, auch nicht 2 Einzelbetten, Wanne und Waschbecken. 1 Wanne mit Waschbecken stand noch im Kinderzimmer. Insgesamt ist das Haus in keinem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ein defekter Kühlschrank und der kaputte Backofen wurden schnell ausgetauscht. Wir hatten uns lange auf diesen Urlaub gefreut und sind nun sehr enttäuscht.

Emplacement exceptionnel mais prestations et confort à améliorer

Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre week-end de Pâques en famille dans cette maison à l'emplacement exceptionnel même si nous avons été globalement déçus du standing (équipement et propreté) par rapport au prix de la location. Des meubles anciens qui apprécieraient un petit relooking pour donner un cachet encore plus sympa à la maison mais surtout certains vétustes (Chaises et tables branlantes par exemple) Un WC supplémentaire (idéalement au rdc), serait plus confortable, les 2 autres n'étant pas séparés des salle d'eau. Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais l'espace de la pièce à vivre du rdc n'est pas en adéquation avec la capacité annoncée des couchages. Nous avons réussi à nous mettre à 17 personnes autour des 2 tables (en descendant les chaises des chambres) ne laissant que peu d'espace pour naviguer autour. A considérer donc en fonction de la configuration du groupe.

We hadden meer verwacht

Het is een zeer leuk huis, op een prachtige locatie. De ruimtes waren leuk. Maar we hadden toch wel meer verwacht van de accommodatie. Er was bijna geen bergruimte, Boven de wasmachine is er plaats zat, maar geen enkel schap. Stoelen waren oud en versleten, of kapot. De kasten op de slaapkamer hadden geen aangename geur, en waren klein. Boven schouderhoogte wordt er niet gepoetst. Dus in de keuken bovenop de dampkap +2 kleine schappen plakte serieus. tip: ga eens in je eigen huis op vakantie, dan merk je de mogelijkheden en tekorten. Want het is zeker een huis met veel potentieel. Groetjes See

Excellent séjour entre amis

Maison très agréable à vivre, lumineuse, avec vue sur la plage. Chambres spacieuses, bonne literie, le dortoir est très bien conçu pour les enfants, et la chambre du 2 ère est une très belle chambre familiale avec une vue magnifique ! L’îlot central de la cuisine est très convivial pour cuisinier tous ensemble même s’il nous a manqué quelques ustensiles adaptés pour 20 personnes. Petit bémol concernant la pression de l’eau au 2 ère étage mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent moment entre amis !! Nous recommandons fortement cette location ! Échange très fluide avec le propriétaire,merci pour tout ! Clémence

Beautiful place and excellent host.

We had a multi-generational party of family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Esquibien. Lovely house in amazing location just seconds from the beach. We gave Xavier some feedback at the end about the property and the equipment which he took on board immediately and said he would sort. (E.g. Kitchen equipment that needed updating) v well equipped kitchen otherwise. Garden doesn’t feel as big as the description (especially with small children) as open to the road and comprises another property’s drive so the beach being so close was essential! Excellent hot water supply and great showers. The baths are both in bedrooms and it could do with a downstairs toilet but otherwise fine. Croissant and Baguette delivery was the perfect welcome and Xavier was very accommodating of an extra night to fit better with our ferries. Only 5mins from three large supermarkets and amazing beaches. Audiernne is a lovely town with a great market but note it’s main market is Saturday morning and a smaller market on Weds. Xavier told us of a smaller Sunday morning market nearby so was able to get fresh fruit and veg for the week. Le Caravan Bleu creperie was a HUGE hit with our whole tribe. Multiple trips over the week! Note that they prefer cash! All in all a hugely successful trip and Xavier was very helpful answering lots of questions before we got there.

Long Week-end au soleil

Bon confort et bel emplacement tranquille en ce début de juillet.le banc en face sur la plage est un super spot au lever et coucher du soleil!! Il manque toutefois de plats de service et coupe à fruits....facile s'y remédier et wc au rez de chaussée serait un plus.

Toller Bade- und Wanderurlaub

Optimale Lage am Strand insbesondere für Kinder. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Haben das Haus schlecht gereinigt vorgefunden. Die Decken auf den Wohnzimmer-Sofas mussten von uns erst gewaschen werden. Zwei Sessel waren in einen sehr schlechten Zustand. Für den Anschluss der Außendusche hatten wir keinen Schlauch. Von den Mängeln abgesehen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

bon séjour de Noël en famille

La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, bien chauffée avec une vue et une proximité de la mer exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Même si le propriétaire est très réactif par message, un accueil direct ou une notice explicative serait un plus à l'arrivée pour éviter de chercher et se détendre encore plus vite. Bon séjour de Noël en famille

Une maison bien sympa pour une grande famille ! Et très bien placée !

C’est sûr que 2 chambres du 1er profitent de la bonne ambiance du dortoir mais c’est la joie des familles nombreuses quand elle peut se réunir et le plaisir des enfants en dortoir! Comme nous aimions tant au même âge! Vraiment sympa comme maison! Et propriétaire bien à l’écoute.

Week-end familial à la pointe bretonne

La situation est exceptionnelle à bord de la plage. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Tout le monde y a trouvé son compte du plus petit au plus grand. Nous y revenons d’année en année avec bonheur.

Séjour agréable très bien situé

Séjour très agréable avec le beau temps en prime. Maison peut-être pas adaptée pour un si grand groupe de personnes (17 dont 2 bebes), par le manque de wc et de salle de bain. Du fait du parquet, un peu bruyant la nuit dès que les personnes bougent. Néanmoins nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et avons apprécié cette maison très bien placée en face de la plage, pas loin de la pointe du raz.
