Hidden Gem

Outstanding property in the most amazing location with views stretching over the bay. Short walking distance to the white sands beach with crystal clear waters. Great family holiday, would recommend to anyone. Property owners very welcoming with great communication

Beautiful location overlooking the bay of Audierne with its pristine beaches. The house has everything that you could want and more! It really was so homely it made us relax even more and you really never need to leave the house except to get food! The owner was lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Outstanding !! We stayed at the house for one week end ofJune. We are two befriended families, altogether 8 people. The house is perfect for a big group, well kept, tasteful decorated and very clean. The garden is just beautiful and the view of the bay of Audierne is wonderful. The hosts Léa and Jean-Yves are very friendly and welcoming.

Superb

I will try and summarise what is a superlative property and wonderful holiday experience. First, the house is of the highest standard, both in terms of its build quality and furnishing and the location. Second, the owners are simply wonderful people who cannot do enough to make sure that you have a wonderful holiday but also respect your privacy. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd time with Lea and Jean Yves. One couldnot find nicer people. The house is beautiful. The grounds are private and beautiful too. And if you like apples, come in September. There are thousands. If you stay there, search out the shrine of St Weditt.( excuse my spelling] .

Ein Ferienhaus, das sehr liebevoll und stimmig eingerichtet ist. Sehr sauber, so gut wie keine Gebrauchsspuren. Eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, in der das Kochen (mit Meerblick) Spaß macht! Alle Geräte, die man braucht (sogar eine zweite Kühl-/Gefrierkombi in der Garage). Das Wohnen mit Hund ist gut möglich. Ein wunderschön angelegter, großer Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen. Eine große Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick, ausreichend Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirmen lädt zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Vermieterpaar, das herzlich empfangen und wieder verabschiedet hat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einzig die vielen Mücken in den Abendstunden haben uns etwas auf Trab gehalten…

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit zauberhaftem Garten! Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort und wurden sehr freundlich von den sympathischen Vermietern empfangen, bekamen alles gezeigt und einige Tipps für Ausflüge. Auch gab es ein leckeres Willkommenspaket mit bretonischen Spezialitäten. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch und ein paar französischen Worten von uns hervorragend funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es gab ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Auch unsere beiden Hunde wurden liebevoll begrüßt und direkt mit Wasser versorgt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Ausblick von der Küche aus auf den Atlantik, ebenso wie der liebevoll angelegte, gepflegte und riesige Garten. Hier haben wir uns unter den großen Bäumen im Schatten ausgeruht. Die Hunde hatten sehr viel Platz und konnten ausführlich toben. Auch die Terrasse ist für 8 Leute groß genug, es gibt einen großen und einen etwas kleineren Tisch mit ausreichenden Stühlen, sowie Sonnenliegen. Hier haben wir sehr gerne gefrühstückt oder am Abend zusammen gesessen. Morgens kann man beobachten, wie die Sonne langsam über das Meer zieht, es war einfach traumhaft. Léa und Jean sind wirklich hervorragende und charmante Gastgeber und wir bedanken uns herzlich für diesen tollen Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir (Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen) haben 3 sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen in geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus und herrlichem Garten verbracht. Gut ausgestattete Küche (von Austernmesser über Weinkühlschrank bis Zitronenpresse - alles da!), ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt von Audierne, abgeschlossener Garten, 2 Autos parken problemlos auf dem Grundstück, herzliches Willkommen von Léa und Jean Yves am Haus mit lieben Überraschungen auf Tisch und im Kühlschrank - un grand MERCI pour tout à Léa et Jean Yves!.Die Betten mit schöner Bettwäsche bezogen, Handtücher lagen bereit - der Urlaub konnte sofort beginnen!Kommen gerne wieder! Alles wunderbar!

Wir (2 Familien und Hund) haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser großzügigen, komfortablen Villa mit Meerblick in Audierne verbracht – und waren begeistert! Das Haus liegt ruhig zwischen Stränden und Natur, mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Bucht. Ideal zum Entspannen, Spazieren und für Ausflüge ans Meer.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz – perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Besonders schön: der große Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill, wo wir viele Mahlzeiten (Spätstück, Abendessen) mit Blick auf Meer und Strand verbracht haben.Auch Audierne selbst hat uns verzaubert: ein charmantes Hafenstädtchen mit tollen Restaurants, netten Läden und einem lebhaften Wochenmarkt. Ein Highlight war das Feuerwerk zum 14. Juli über dem Hafen – ein echtes Erlebnis! Außerdem haben wir Kajaks gemietet und den Goyen-Fluss erkundet – sehr empfehlenswert, danach auf jeden Fall zum Restaurant Chez ZETI (Cap Africa).Jean-Yves und Lea waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich – der Check‑in verlief reibungslos und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns bestens betreut.Fazit: Ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten und erlebnisreichen Urlaub mit Familie, Freunden und Hund. Traumhafte Lage, viel Komfort und ein wunderschönes Umfeld – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Alleinlage und hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen können.

Merveilleuse destination

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Audierne. La maison est très belle et propre, avec beaucoup d'environnements et de vues sur la mer. Dans le grand jardin, nous pourrions profiter du soleil, jouer ou lire un livre. En 7 minutes, nous étions à pied sur la plage. Un grand merci à Léa et Jean Yves pour l'accueil très sympathique.

Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhige Location, alles da was man braucht. Sehr hilfsbereites und symphatisches Vermieterehepaar. Der Ort hat alles was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht: tolle Strände in der Umgebung, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir waren mit 2 Personen und Hund unterwegs, top!

De toutes les locations de vacances, c’est une des meilleures semaines. Accueil, logement, situation, région. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse et ce logement lumineux avec un jardin et une situation magnifiques y sont pour beaucoup. Merci pour l’accueil DS

Traumlage

Nach langer Anreise sind wir herzlich mit Cidre, Keksen herzlich von den Eigentümern empfangen worden. Auch unser Hund hat sich von Beginn an auf dem großen, gepflegten, eingezäunten Grundstück sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betten waren liebevoll bezogen und auch die Handtücher lagen schon bereit. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und die Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir (zwei Erwachsene und ein Hund) haben den Aufenthalt im Haus und in der wunderschönen Umgebung sehr genossen.Danke an Lea und Jean-Yves, dass wir in dem schönen Haus zu Gast sein durften.

perfekter Aufenthalt

das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Ausschreibung. sauber,liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene 3 Kinder und 2 Hunde und jeder hatte seinen Platz ohne den Andern zu stören.Super schönes Grundstück ( vollkommen eingezäunt) mit Blick auf das Meer.
