Buena Vista means "Good View" and it's true, come sea for yourself!
Casita comes with Wifi, Netflix, flat screen TV's or just take in the 360 views of the blue ocean which you can see from every room and beautiful green mountains too. To cool off, take a dip in the private pool filled with mineral water, then relax on the sun deck.
Living area consist of bedroom with queen size bed, 32 in flat screen, private bath, outdoor living room, sectional seating, dining area, kitchenette fridge, microwave, stove. Bedroom has great views.
Casita is walking distance to the best beach in all of Cabo!!! White sand beach, no rocks, and safe for swimming. Home is in a nice quiet area.
We are just 5 minutes from downtown Los Barriles, where you will find markets, dining, and shopping. San Jose Airport, downtown, art district, fine dinning and shopping, are just 50 minutes away.
This rental is for 1 bedroom Casita and outdoor living areas entire second floor Not entire house. Additional bedrooms may be rented at $35.00 a night.
Owner occupies first floor , its us two and our dogs and cat.

Lynette and I chose Buena Vista for the same reason people vacation here... it's wonderful !! We are so blessed to be able to enjoy our surroundings and we want to share with you so we have opened our home set low pricing so this can be affordable for all :)
Why they chose this property
This rooftop casita has amazing views from the waves hitting the shore to the vast expanse of the Sea . The Casita is the entire second floor 1800 SF' we live on first floor us two and our dogs and cat . We are very quiet and you will have all the privacy you want to make your stay at Casita Sin Velas perfect.
What makes this property unique
This area can get windy "best kite boarding in the world" but if you don't mind occasionally getting wind in your'e hair this place is great and the windy season is short,just a few months in winter...Its just a short walk down the arroyo "dry creek bed" to the sea ... You can even rent paddle boards, fishing excursions, quads " great for going up the arroyo to the very safe enclosed parking in a very safe/friendly neighborhood.
