The condo is perfectly situated on Quail Run Golf Course. It is a community of condominiums and single family homes built around two and a half miles of greens. There is a safe, well-lit, attracitive sidewalk around the entire circle, perfect for walking, jogging, or cycyling.
As well, the condo is only two minutes by foot from the pool and a short walk or bike ride from shopping areas.
The beautiful gulf beach is only three miles away.

Great Location, Great Stay

Minutes from the beach. One car garage, unattached. Lots of room. Adrianna replied quickly the minor concerns we had. Everything was on the first floor. Second floor family produced very little noise we could hear. Not an issue. No need to get on a major road to get to Target and Publix. Thus no traffic. Golf course was "reasonably" priced after 12 noon. Garbage cans and pool just a short walk away. Although just off Pine Ridge Road, the condo was in a very quiet area. Adrianna and her neighbor (who was there in case we needed something) were fantastic.

Great location and condo

Everything was lovely and enjoyed our stay. My parents live in the development so was familiar with pool, amenities and location which is excellent! But also enjoyed the unit. Owner very attentive to any minor requests and neighbors are pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Very good location

generally in very good condition. Did not care for the concrete floors. Kitchen was very well equipped. Cable and internet were excellent as were the TV.
