Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #901 is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit on the 9th floor. Breakers East is located directly on the beach. Relax from your own private 30 ft balcony and enjoy watching the dolphins playing in the water. Experience breathtaking shoreline views from extra windows in the kitchen, dining, and living room. Wake up to the waves splashing on the shore with direct access from your master bedroom to the balcony. Swim in the beach side pool, play a game of pickleball, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast.

Kitchen is beautifully renovated, fully equipped with bar area and wine cooler.
Master bedroom features king size bed, 55" cable TV, ceiling fan, blackout drapes, attached master bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, 55" cable TV, ceiling fan Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination with separate vanity area
Living room has queen sleeper sofa, 65" cable TV, ceiling fan, blackout drapes

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Our host was excellent to deal with, any minor problems were taken care immediately. First snow accumulation on the Destin beach in 50 years and we were able to make a snowman on the beach. Great memories!!

This location is perfect! Great beach access. Heated pool. Comfortable unit with plenty of room to host family. This was the grandparents first time meeting their 9-month old granddaughter. Everyone had a wonderful time!

Everything was perfect & clean. The condo had everything you need. All we had to go was bring our breakfast food. The balcony was 30 ft long we all was able to be outside. The view of the ocean was amazing as well.

The view from the condo is gorgeous. It looks like a picture. The place is neat and clean. We rented the same place last year, and we noticed that they upgraded the dining room furniture and bought new carpet. The old carpet was worn, so I am glad they replaced it. We will stay again next year!

Reviewer Comments: This end unit has plenty of light (unlike many typical high rise condo units) and is well appointed... and the list of positives are plentiful, not to mention the excellent location and very clean and well maintained complex, etc... the negatives include: aging / broken down furniture (couch, loveseat and rocking chair), dish-ware and some some appliances are old and cheap... with a few thousand in upgrades and details, this place would be a solid 9 for the money!

The sofa, loveseat, rocking chair along with most all other furniture in the condo was purchased new 3 years ago. Sofa seat cushions were replaced last year. The freestanding ice machine was purchased new last year. The owner of Breakers East 901 has recently ordered new living room furniture from Pottery Barn. The condo was much more “worn” than the VRBO website pictures depict. The refrigerator was full of water when we arrived due to a leaking water line in the freezer. We had to put a container in it to catch the water. Overall the building is nice. This was our fourth stay in this building! Great location!!!!!
