Adorable bungalow close to downtown and Folly Beach! Park Pass Included!
Beautiful cottage surrounded by lovely landscaping. Just a 10 minute drive to the beach and roughly 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. You will enjoy spending time in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage right in the center of James Island. From the time you pull in the driveway, you will notice the attention to detail. ** Please note the driveway is long enough for 2 cars. Pack your bags for a trip to Charleston! The property is fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, sheets, towels. In addition, there is toilet paper and paper towels. While staying at this property, you will enjoy the screened in patio with a dining table for 4. There are also two comfortable chairs for sipping your morning coffee on the porch. When you feel like going to the beach, don’t bother packing your beach chair as there are 2 chairs along with boogie boards and beach towels. When you come home from the beach, you may even want to use the outdoor shower! Very private shower and the back of the house. In the evenings, whether you want to go out or stay in, there are tons of restaurants close by. However, when you feel like staying in, there is a grill at the property and a perfect area outside great for cooking out and enjoying the exterior features of this home.
There is even a fire pit right by the outdoor seating area guests are welcome to use. We do try to provide firewood for our guests. Whether you are coming for a long relaxing weekend or even a business trip, this home has it all! Take advantage of the County Park pass this home provides. The local park is only a couple miles away and has plenty to do! Great walking paths, bike rentals, paddleboard and kayak rentals too! This pass also allows you into the other local parks Charleston has to offer. What more can you ask for! We look forward to having you!

My name is Elizabeth and I am the Property Manager for the bungalow. The owners, David and Josephine, live adjacent to the property. Don’t worry there is plenty of privacy between the properties. David and Jo have traveled the world and still enjoy getting on the road as often as possible. With their worldly knowledge and also experience owning and operating a restaurant in NY they pay close attention to the details and are amazing at providing the best possible experience for their guests. Between the 3 of us we love what we do and love to open up Folly A Deux to guests. We want you all to come experience CHS just the way you should- at ease. This property is very tranquil and provides a home away from home experience with all of the bells and whistles. We hope you will come and enjoy the bungalow!

Centrally located on James Island. You are 10 minutes to historic Charleston and only 15 minutes to the closest beach, Folly Beach! Excellent restaurants nearby and plenty of grocery stores too! The home comes with a park pass that will gain you access to the local parks. There is one about 2 miles away and also one on Folly Beach. Safe neighborhood. Great for walking. Lovely screened in porch for relaxing, playing a game, or just enjoying the outdoor temps!
