Large living room, fireplace , smart tv with YouTube TV, breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill and an outdoor table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 vehicles (tandem).


Neighborhood : Stono Park is an older and convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes, and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 11 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .

It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.

We love animals but pets are not allowed .

We had a lovely stay here! It was clean, communication with the owner was top-notch, and the location was perfect for our visit. We could go site seeing in the morning, return to the house, and then head out for more site seeing without it being a big hassle. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Charleston, SC!

This is by far the best property I have stayed at! Not only was a beautifully furnished, but it had a fully equipped kitchen (plenty of pots, plates, utensils, etc). Every amenity we needed was there. Nice community with plenty of places to eat (try Early Bird Diner). This rental property is definitely worth staying at again!

Just saw your feedback as it came up under our rare 4 star rating…We’ve never had an issue of mold and no one after or right before y'all has said anything? (We do wash the shower curtains after so many guests though). The showers do rust sometimes(orange?) though we just recalked the showers this spring.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very quiet and clean and comfortable. It is nicely decorated. It is in a safe neighborhood but with quick access to the main road. The host was excellent. Hope to stay agin! Many accessories.

We were 2 couples and this property was perfect, basically 2 master suites. We were about a 15 min drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Host have easy instructions and no issue checking in and out and the “chore” list was extremely easy.. take trash out and put towels in bathtub. We loved our long weekend here and this place was perfect
