Really well-appointed house on a quite little street. Had everything we needed for a great stay... kitchen items including lots of spices, k-cups and ground coffee, plenty of towels (including beach towels), and really comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay

The house was very nice and clean. It is in a great location, close to Cardinal spring training and the beach. Gary the property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Great pool, close to beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was great. There were many pool chairs and toys play with. The house was clean and stocked with the things we needed. The communication was great with the host.

A Wonderful Gem!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gem of a home. It was just perfect for the 6 of us. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the backyard was an amazing retreat. A real home away from home. Thank you!Mark & Diane

Pictures were exactly as shown, which is rare. House was gorgeous, backyard with pool and grounds were so relaxing and felt like you were at a resort. I know its Florida but the mosquitoes were pretty bad, would like to see some kind of bug deterrent for nights. Check in process with the walk thru was very personal and Gina was so responsive before hand. Had everything we needed inside, beds were extremely comfortable. Great restaurants around with short drive. I would definitely visit again!

Great house! Great pool! Great location!

We stayed a week and had the time of our lives. The house was beautiful, spotless and roomy. The beds were comfortable and luxurious. The HUGE TV was great--watched movies at night after our night swim in the pool! Gary was super easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the house is perfect. About a 5 minute drive to the beach, amazing restaurants, grocery stores, the Mall and I-95. So easy to get around! We love the area and now have found a perfect rental--we will definitely be back again. Thanks so much Gary!

Feb 2021, PoshPadz rental property.

Property inside was very well decorated and outside was somewhat private, but dogs on both sides of property. The only good mattress was the standard bed / guest bedroom. The king mattresses were very soft and very stained in the large guest bedroom. Maintenances was very lacking for a premium rent fee.

In the hospitality industry the saying "you can please most of the people most of the time, but you can't please ALL of the people all of the time" is so very true. It's never easy to deal with a guest that no matter what you do, or how nice you are, they will never be happy. All reviews for this home are 5 stars except for this one. Guests before you and guests after you all have a very different opinions on the beds (which are continually highlighted by others on how wonderful they are), the tranquility of the location, and the quality of the maintenance of the property overall. So hopefully future guests will be able to see that this 3 star review seems very out of place after reading the complete opposite compliments and 5 star reviews left by other guests. We take great pride in offering excellent quality rentals and its very disheartening that you left such a review without merrit. Difficult guests...are part of this business, but thankfully they are very few and far between.

Beautifully decorated & incredible beds

The house was decorated well and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I travel a third of the year and never have stayed on a bed that was better than my own until we stayed here! What a pleasant surprise! It was nice that there were ceiling fans in each room and we also enjoyed the outdoor space and pool.
