Climbed up in a beautiful mountain in the heart of Foutia village, just 10 km south of Monemvasia, Foutia Nest Complex, a three floor new built stone villa is the new proposal for a dreamy stay. It consists of 2 independent units (the Villa and the Studio) with separate entrances and private parking areas, surrounded by a spacious garden with olive trees.
Located in a peaceful, private and quiet spot, surrounded by old olive trees, our 3 bedroom Villa built by stone, wood and love, provides the most dramatical and breathtaking views of East Laconia, gazing at famous Monemvasia rock.
Its large stone sofas and spacious balconies, the impeccable outdoors furniture and a 5 persons freshwater spa guarantee amazing holidays.
Indoor combines luxury, minimalism and comfort and grants all the facilities you may need. The upper floor is consisted by the master bedroom, a bedroom of two single beds (both bedrooms with sea view balconies) and a bathroom, the middle floor has a big living room and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a big bathroom, and outdoors the incredible stone courtyard and the spa.
What is advertised here is Fourtianest Villa.
For larger groups (up to six people) you can also add the FoutiaNest Studio property not advertised here. This Studio is at down floor and has now been accomplished. It has a double bedroom, living room, a full equipped kitchen, tv set, toilet, outdoor furniture and garden.
It can be rented ON DEMAND and sleeps up to other three persons. it provides the same stunning sea views!
The upper two floors area is 135 sq.m. and the outdoors area is 100 sq m more.
Down floor area is 38 sq.m. and the outdoor more than 50 sq. m
Please note that the down floor Studio can be rented individually to other guests.
It has a different entrance , different parking area and is unseen.

Très beaux moments sur les flancs de là montagnes. Vue époustouflante sur Monemvasia. A 10 minutes de la mer et de plages très calme. Nous en garderons un très très bon souvenir. Merci Merci.

Magnificent

Fantastic hideaway in the hills overlooking Monemvassia. Facilities were excellent although didn’t manage to increase the temperature of the jacuzzi and therefore didn’t use as much as would have liked to! Advice and tips were all excellent, couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to return.

beautiful place + beautiful views

Our stay was wonderful in all aspects. The communication with Katerina and Gregory was prompt and helpful, the place is an oasis and Monika did a great job caring for the cleanliness (and even brought us pomegranade fruit!). The house is beautiful, the view of the bay below and the mountains is stunning. Our two teenagers who usually are addicted to big city life, love computers and TV were happy about the wifi, but did not "need" the TV even once. Instead they would have adopted a number of stray dogs in the mountains had we let them ;-) The outside spa is a gift, so relaxing. Even in late October we had breakfast outside on the terrace. Beds are comfortable, the house is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The surroundings have beautiful scenery, nice beaches, interesting Monemvasia...... Thanks, Katerina and Gregory, for this week at your place!

Idéale pour une famille

Nous sommes restés une semaine . Les situation de la villa permet d'être au calme et assure une vue sur le rocher de Monenvasia magnifique. La plage du Nord ( " kms) de la ville est bien agréable et moins fréquentée que celle de la ville (prévoir les chaussures éventuellement pour aller plus facilement dans l'eau) La ville ancienne permet le soir ou tôt le matin est à privilégier. La villa est très bien équipée et moderne(wifi très performant) et le propriétaire, Grégory envoie avant votre départ bon nombre d'indications par écrit très utiles . Idéale pour une famille qui veut passer des vacances au calme.

Genießerurlaub mit Traumausblick

Sehr schönes Haus in Traumlage. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und Monemvasia. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Dorf und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in 10 min. sehr gut zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Gegend und Landschaft für Individualisten. Besonders zu empfehlen die Strände von Elafonissos. Wir bedanken uns für die wertvollen Tipps, die liebevolle Fürsorge von Gregory und Katarina und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in dem wundervollen Haus. Achim und Christa

Stunning Monemvasia! Outstanding Villa!

We stayed in the FoutiaNest, Monemvasia, a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. The villa was very well equipped and beautifully presented with a maid service twice a week, the owners Gregory and katerina are always happy to help and easily contacted by email as the villa has the use of free WiFi. An external Spa and furnished patio with stunning views made are stay complete. The villa is a short car journey from Monemvasia (15 mins) and its famous Rock, a beautiful little town stuck in Medieval Era with shops and restaurants a plenty, all of which have friendly staff always happy to greet you with a smile! Alternatively, you can just sit and relax at the harbours edge watching the world go by. Stunning beaches on the west side of Laconia. Simos Beach WOW!! A car is recommended on the territory as there are so many beautiful places to visit, we will definitely be returning to Monemvasia and can highly recommend both the Villa and place :) Thanks Katerina!!

Closest Place to Paradise!

FoutiaNest in Monemvasia, in my opinion, is probably the closest place to paradise... Obviously, as with all holiday locations, it really depends on the traveller and what makes your holiday. So if you are looking for a stunningly beautiful, peaceful, tranquil self catering villa, with views to die for, then FoutiaNest is very probably the perfect holiday for you. Gregory and Katerina, who own the villa, are always very polite and very prompt at replying to emails, which makes the booking very easy. The villa is a ten minutes drive to nearby Monemvasia, with restaurants, super markets and bars, but when you return to your villa, it really feels like you are the only people on holiday in Peloponnese... This, I realise may not be for everyone, but it really is perfect for us. I really can't say anything detrimental about it, hence we have booked another week in June this year. 10/10 Edit Delete

Unforgettabble Stay!!

We were the first people to stay at Foutia Nest ever! We are a group of two couples and our 2 children. We were amazed by the stunning views, the privacy and the quality of the villa, nothing was missing! Villa is new built and the owners had taken care of everything! Children loved the wii game console. We had a really fantastic week there. We've just came back to Athens and our minds are back in Foutia and the marvellous Monemvasia. Thanks Katerina and Greg, we're coming back next year for sure! PS don't forget to try the spa while admiring the Castle view !!!! It's Wow Wow!!

My wife's mother was born in Foutia Village.
We are in love with Monemvasia and as my wife owned this spectacular spot of Foutia we decided to build a house here.
It has been built with love, personal care and a lot of enthusiasm.
If god wants and are well in health we would like to come after 15-20 years and live in this wonderful and peaceful place forever.
One who has come once in FoutiaNest can understand why.
