The Perfect Beach Vacation! Private parking. Unit 703, 3BR, 3BA, Sleeps 12

A spacious, luxury gathering place, starts your Beach experience. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted with a beautiful, professionally decorated living area to enjoy. 9 Foot ceilings and crown molding, along with tile floors throughout, this 1600 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, makes for a wonderful stay. Located on the 7th floor, for all around beach, dolphin, and activity viewing on your private balcony, this is definitely the “sweet spot”. Beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green waters, make this the perfect relaxing getaway.
The Enclave has upgraded the outdoor pool to a wonderful zero entry pool that is double the old pool’s size with a zero entry, kid fountains, tanning ledges, etc.!!!
**We recently added a highchair and Pack n Play for young children and a Reme Halo UV ionizer system in HVAC system. Eliminates all airborne allergens, viruses, mold & bacteria!!
The Enclave is centrally located in Orange Beach, with many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc., all within easy walking distance right across the street. There is a stoplight and pedestrian walk for easy, safe travel.
Relax at the outdoor pool & sundeck or slip into the indoor heated pool for a soothing swim. BBQ grills and lighted Tennis/Pickleball courts are also available exclusively for guests. The Enclave is a low density, 69 room complex, which makes for an un-crowded and relaxing stay. Free wireless internet for the whole property is provided. Gated private beach access with a very short boardwalk and year round security, make for a fun and safe trip.
Also included is a private beach closet by the entrance to the unit. There are many items available for you to use such as beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, Kites, shelling nets, etc. While I can't guarantee what items will be in there, I do stock the closet at the start of the year and many guests leave items as well. Since things wear out and break, the inventory is always changing. There are many stores across the street to purchase beach items if you need something that is not there.

**Just Added** A private, gated & covered, owners parking spot is provided for you. Very few units have this bonus. For reservations during 2026, when you book this unit, you will automatically receive a guaranteed parking spot on the general lot for your stay. There will also be additional parking spot(s) available on a first come first serve basis. When you arrive at The Enclave, simply scan the QR code on the parking sign to see if an additional spot is available. Along with the owner's private spot and the first automatic general lot spot, you are guaranteed at least two parking spots for your stay. If you are able to get a second spot on the lot, a total of three cars will be allowed for you. If you book your stay for 2026 before Jan 5, 2026, the first general lot parking spot will be at no charge. The second spot, if available, will incur a charge of $50 for the length of your stay. Bookings made after Jan 5, 2026, will incur a $50 charge for each parking spot reserved on the general lot for the length of your stay. Also, additional overflow parking is conveniently located across the street.

Rates
This is an excellent, well maintained unit, as pictured, to enable you to have a wonderful stay. My cleaning company does a great job to ensure your health and well being. The rates are competitive compared to similar units. Monthly rates are available on request, and winter snowbirds are welcome.

Master En-suite
The Master bedroom suite features a King size bed with a flat screen TV & DVD player. Also, a comfy recliner sits next to the bed for relaxing. A Glass sliding door takes you right out to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is wonderful with a large 2 sink vanity, a Garden style Jacuzzi tub, a walk in glass shower, and plenty of closet space and chest of drawers for your convenience. A separate room houses the toilet for privacy. There is a pack n play in the closet including mattress & extra sheets that can be setup for small children.

Guest En-suite 1
The guest suite offers a new Queen size bed with a Jamison mattress (used in Hilton Hotels) and a full size bed along with a flat screen TV & DVD player. The en-suite bathroom boasts a very large vanity, nice closet & drawers, and a separate room for tub/shower and toilet.

Guest En-suite 2
The 3rd bedroom boasts a queen size bed, bunk beds, and a flat screen TV and DVD player. A chest of drawers and closet compliment the room. The 3rd bathroom is a large full bathroom with nice vanity, glass door shower, and toilet. This bathroom is also accessed from the hall for convenience.

The Kitchen
A wonderful fully stocked kitchen awaits you with granite counter tops and Stainless appliances, including a spacious French door refrigerator, microwave, oven & stove and dishwasher. Also included are necessities like toaster oven, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, skillets, plenty of silverware, glasses, utensils, plates, etc., to prepare a great local seafood meal or snack.

Dining Area
The dining area includes a large table with seating for 6, along with 4 swivel, padded bar stools at a granite top counter. A granite wet bar makes this a popular area and the 30lb stainless ice maker keeps the coolers full and the drinks cold!

Living Area
The open living area features a queen size sofa sleeper, very comfortable new swivel recliner, 2 new padded swivel chairs, and a nice kid friendly coffee table to play on. There is a 55” 4k Roku flat screen TV with Direct TV Streaming service included and Blu-Ray DVD player. Use your streaming log-in to watch your favorite shows, or stream free content.
Through the expansive glass doors, you step out on your private balcony for breathtaking ocean views. Nicely appointed furniture makes this a popular spot to watch the dolphins play, listen to the waves, or just enjoy relaxing in the mild climate. Enjoy your favorite beverage or snack here.
