Amenities include a lazy river, tennis/pickleball courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, complete fitness center, and outdoor playground for the little ones. Newest additions: Outdoor water slide; putting green; corn hole!

Our beautiful 19th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and down the beach. Enjoy the views while grilling on your private gas grill on the balcony or relaxing in your private hot tub. Because of where our unit is located, you will have complete privacy while lounging in the hot tub. Our unit has a Keurig for your morning coffee enjoyment.

**Please note parking is not included in pricing and is a one-time $51.75 per vehicle (flat rate) for the the first two vehicles. This is payable to Turquoise Place in advance of your arrival. A third parking pass may be purchased at a DAILY rate of $31.05.

Minimum age to rent our unit is 25 and there must be a guest 25 or older staying in the unit for the entire reservation.
