DUPLEX 3 TERRACES, CENTRAL, 50 M SEA, VIEW, RENOVATED 2015

Very nice duplex apartment tastefully renovated in early 2015 with three terraces, two with magnificent views of the sea and the famous Sant Bartomeu de Sitges church, 50m from the beach.

Immediate proximity to shops, restaurants, promenade and numerous beaches.

Air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for winter. WIFI, television, a bluetooth column speaker.

The apartment was completely renovated in early 2015, triple glazed windows, electric blinds. The kitchen has all the equipment, oven combined with microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (take your capsules ...), toaster, fridge, freezer.

The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a private shower room with sink, heating, electric towel dryer and hairdryer. The large bedroom also has its own WC. A second WC is independent. Each bedroom has access to its terrace, the large bedroom terrace located to the east has an area of 13m2. It has 2 sun loungers and a comfortable seating area for an aperitif, reading or having a good time.

The terrace of the second bedroom to the west is the smallest and has the washing machine and dryer. It allows you to appreciate the setting sun.

The 2 bay windows of the living room open onto another terrace is where it is pleasant to eat. It has a table that can seat 6 guests.

A 140cm wide sofa bed can accommodate two additional people.

By car: by the C-32 highway 30 minutes from Barcelona and 45 minutes from Tarragona.

By plane: Barcelona El Prat Airport is 20 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by train.

Fantastic place. Really central to the beach and town. It has everything you need for a good stay. The balconies really set the properties apart, 3 different ones to capture the sun at different times of day. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for beach stay

The apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. The three terraces especially made it the perfect place for our stay in Sitges. We recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Sitges

Home from home

This is our second time staying in this apartment and it gives us everything we could possibly want. The location is incredible, the building is clean and secure, the communication was superb. You can't go wrong staying here.

Amazing apartment - amazing host

We had an amazing time in Sitges. The location of the apartment is perfect and the communication with Christophe and Horacio was always excellent. We forgot some things in the apartment after we left, but the issue was solved within a day. Everyone was super kind and most supportive. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and has all amenities. The highlight of course are the terraces, especially the ones with sea view. We’ll definitely visit again.

We loved the neighbourhood only a few steps from the beach and the center! The apartment is in the 3e Floor without An elevator but it is a good exercise! Cynthia responsies in a few minutes when I contacten her. We had a great time.

Nous étions trois et le fait d'avoir deux chambres avec des lits en 160 est très bien. Deux terrasses en réalité, dont une particulièrement agréable avec deux transats et coin salon. Vue sur les toits et la fameuse eglise emblématique Ste Bartolomé, et vue sur la mer. La troisième terrasse est insignifiante avec une vue sur les arrières , elle sert à laver et étendre le linge. Donc très pratique qd même. Appartement agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Climatisation plus qu'agréable et dans toutes les principales pièces...Un micro onde pourrait peut être être nécessaire...Mais c'est toujours sans fin, et ce que nous avons à notre disposition est déjà très bien. Logement près de tous commerces à pieds. Pas loin également de la gare et des plages. Rue très calme et pourtant il y avait la fiesta mayor. Nous avons découvert une jolie petite ville mouvementée culturellement, belle et propre. Sans voiture, par contre, le train train s'installe vite, et le programme reste restreint. Un fois que musées, parc, vieilles villes visitées, il reste la plage et encore la plage. Bien pour y passer 8 jours de vacances tranquilles.

Eigentlich hätte die Wohnung überall volle Punktzahl verdient und wir haben uns auch wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden auch trotz der anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten wiederkommen. Allerdings war der Start nicht gut: trotz genauer Kommunikation im Vorfeld war niemand da, um uns in die Wohnung zu lassen. Es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis irgend jemand erreichbar war. Der Zuständige vor Ort, der dann irgendwann kam, war sehr nett und hat sich vielmals entschuldigt, was dann okay war. Trotzdem sollte so etwas nicht passieren.

Nous avons déjà séjourné deux fois dans cet appartement à Sitges et nous en sommes toujours absolument ravis. L’équipement est exceptionnel : la cuisine contient vraiment tout ce dont on peut rêver. On y trouve également un stock très pratique de produits de base (huile d’olive, vinaigre, sel, épices, thé, café, etc.), ce qui évite d’avoir à tout racheter à chaque séjour.Les lits sont extrêmement confortables et le linge de lit est de grande qualité. Les salles de bain sont magnifiques, avec une douche à effet pluie formidable et une pression d’eau parfaite.L’appartement est en excellent état, très bien entretenu, et la propreté est irréprochable — le service de nettoyage est vraiment impeccable.Nous recommandons cet appartement sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Superbe séjour à Sitges

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Sitges. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied – proche de la plage, des restaurants, des petites boutiques et de toute l’animation locale.L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux, joliment décoré et parfaitement équipé. Les deux terrasses sont un vrai atout, idéales pour profiter du soleil à différents moments de la journée.Comme l’appartement se trouve dans une ruelle typique de la vieille ville, il peut y avoir un peu d’animation en soirée, mais cela fait aussi partie du charme du quartier. Nous avons tout de même très bien dormi.Nous recommandons ce logement avec enthousiasme et espérons y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Sitges !

Wow! Nous avons eu de magnifiques vacances en grande partie parce que cet appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos avec ses beaux balcons.Il est vraiment bien situé. À deux pas de la mer, rue très tranquille, ville beaucoup plus tranquille que Barcelone, des restos partout et des marchés tout près. L'hôte est très courtois et, sincèrement, c'est un coup de coeur. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Sehr gut mitten im Ort gelegen. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein Aufzug in den dritten Stock.

Everything you could possibly need

Great! impressive, clean, bright, modern property. Everything you could need. Including beach towels, beach umbrellas, kitchen utensils, etc etc. There are about 50 or 60 steps / stairs to access the apartment but it’s worth the climb up if you don’t have any mobility issues. The beach is almost outside the front door and the bars / clubs are also a stones throw so it’s perfect stumbling distance if you like that sort of thing. Had a really amazing week. Thanks.

Godt beliggende og velfungerende lejlighed med alt hvad man har brug for. God service fra udlejerens side. Det eneste minus er trapperne som kan føles lidt seje i varmen.
