Family house completely renovated in 2017: perfect insulation, modern comfort, fully equipped American kitchen, new sanitary facilities, WIFI (but no TV), baby equipment. Direct access to supervised Lérat beach, breathtaking view of the Lérat port / Pointe du Croisic, 5 min by car from the city center (and 5 min by car from La Turballe Super U and Piriac City Market), municipal tennis courts across the street (free access outside summer school holidays). Terraces for aperitif and meal with breathtaking sea view.
