10 minutes walk from the village centre, 5 minutes walk from the sailing school.... either by the customs path and the beach, or by the road.

The entrance to the house is via a staircase leading to a double living room, facing the sea and accessing a balcony terrace. This level also has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with small freezer), a bedroom, a bathroom with double sink and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms have their shower room and sink, as well as their separate toilet. One bedroom has a shower and a sink. The 4th bedroom is designed for teenagers or children with its 2 single beds and its mezzanine with 2 other beds.

At the foot of the house, the beach of Port Kennet is family and quiet, and many coves allow you to isolate yourself. This beach is accessible from the garden, through a discreet door overlooking the Chemin des Douaniers, or by the road and a cul-de-sac accessing this beach (distance 150m).PGJyPg
Piriac is a small town of character, with many shops, restaurants, a delicious ice cream parlour, a laundry, a swimming pool, and entertainment all summer long for young and old. 2 to 3 markets per week, depending on the season, allow you to stock up on local products.
