At 300 m from the beach and 150 meters from the port and its services, this charming single storey villa with heated private pool (7m x 3. 5m), Jacuzzi (4m x 3m), garden and large terraces is ideal for 2 families to share. It has all the convenience for a good holiday: bright 2 independent lounges allow some privacy if needed, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment for large meetings (2 dishwashers, two refrigerators, two microwaves, two ovens etc.). The 6 rooms all with fitted wardrobes and latex mattresses and there are 5 bathrooms (2 baths, 3 showers and 5 toilets). Outside there is a lighted porch with garden furniture outside for lunch or dinner (barbecue), sun terraces with sun loungers for sunbathing around the pool and table tennis. The house is newly built and has all the modern conveniences (electric shutters, internet access, satellite TV)

The location of the property in a quiet area close to the beach , port, shops and restaurants could not be better. The pool and jacuzzi are very well kept. The outside space is a bit shabby and the outdoor shower is still not working but the garden is perfectly usable with a great outside eating area.The indoor space is in need of improvement as the freezer door ,fridge door , one dish washer, air conditioning hose fitting and curtain hangings are in need of attention. Some lightbulbs are not working and a leg fell off one bed and we fixed it! As our French is limited we were unable to communicate easily with the property manager.However there was room for 14 family members and the house provided a great place for our stay!

Just a pity - with a little more attention to detail & cleanliness our stay would have been perfect. Ideally located in a quiet (upish market) estate 5 minutes from the beach, port & shops. Excellent accommodation for our 3 related families of 12 with plenty of cooking and eating facilities including eating areas ( indoor & outdoor), utensils, a bbq, 2 dishwashers and a washing machine The pool itself was excellent but let down a little by some broken & damaged sun-loungers (a few of which had sawn off plastic bottle tops as feet to stop the rust escaping onto the pool surround). That said we all had a marvellous time and would recommend this house to any large group.

We chose this house for its location & that the swimming pool had guard rails. It was wonderful being able to walk to the beach and to explore the area by foot. We enjoyed the swimming pool. I have given a poor rating because:Poor communication with the host, no check-in information prior to our arrival at 4.00pm. We had to telephone to get access to the property. Although a helpful man arrived an hour later to show us around & he returned a few days later to fix the faulty fridge door.We only discovered that we had to hire linen for the house by chance when reading reviews. This information should be prominently displayed with contact details for local linen hire companies. We had to hire all bed linen & towels.The accommodation is spacious & the layout suited our family. The upstairs room was unbearably hot. Three bedrooms have fans, only one worked & a 2nd worked when the light was on! We purchased a portable air conditioner. The fittings were poor throughout the property. A light switch fell off the wall leaving internal wiring exposed. A number of plug sockets didn't work or worked intermittently.Curtains were tatty and ill-fitting. China is old and chipped. The high chair is not fit for purpose. The outdoor shower did not work.The wifi has incredibly low bandwidth should anyone need to work. An information pack would be useful.The location & size of the house is excellent and with a little TLC it would be perfect.

Great house for a large party, though rather tired and unloved

We chose this house for position, pool, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was fabulous, the position great - in a quiet cul de sac only a 5 minute walk from boulangerie, bars, restaurants etc. It accommodated our party well. The impression on arrival is of an unkempt driveway and garden. The standard of some of the furnishings and equipment was below what we expected - some of it rather old and tatty, sofas looked grubby so were covered with throws. The sofabed in the second living room needs throwing away. Nobody would want to sleep on it. Ceiling fans not functioning, vacuum cleaner cord unsafe. WiFi was inadequate for the number of people using devices. However, the host was responsive and promptly bought extra fans and a few sundries. And the dining tables and chairs, both inside and out, were new and excellent. Worth noting that linen is not provided. Excellent hire service was provided by ‘Loue ton Linge’ of St Cyprien.

Nous avons passer un bon séjour, la villa est bien situé avec plusieurs activité au alentour. Nous avons eu des problèmes à l’arrivé pour récupérer les clés. Un concierge devait être là à l’arrivé et au départ, celui-ci c’est présenté avec du retard et nous a demandé de partir plutôt. Le jacuzzi annoncé est en faite un bain à remous. Beaucoup d’équipement ne fonctionnaient pas, ex : douche extérieure, lumière de la piscine, certaines lumières extérieures, porte de placard du frigo encastré, poignet du congélateur .. Les coins de mur laisse apparaître de la moisissure.Le canapé lit annoncé comme un couchage n’est pas utilisable, il y a des traces noir partout sur le matelas, les lits grincent.

La villa bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, au calme en bout d’impasse, proche des commodités, et sa taille ainsi que ses 5 salles de bain en font un lieu adapté à plusieurs familles.Malheureusement, les points négatifs sont bien trop nombreux. La maison est vieillissante, mal entretenue et surtout sale à l’arrivée (vaisselle et ménage à refaire, poubelles pleines, moisissures dans les tiroirs). La sécurité est insuffisante (baies vitrées qui ne ferment pas), l’ameublement défraîchi, la literie médiocre et le canapé-lit présenté comme une chambre supplémentaire constitue une tromperie. Le confort est quasi absent : aucune climatisation malgré la chaleur, ventilateurs défectueux, moustiquaires abîmées, chambre de l’étage insupportable (chauffe-eau et tuyaux percés).Les extérieurs sont à l’image de l’intérieur : transats rouillés, jardin peu entretenu, dalles instables, carreaux manquants au fond de la piscine, bâche sale et nauséabonde, douche extérieure qui fuit, éclairage de terrasse et de piscine en grande partie hors service. Le jacuzzi est mal décrit et mal entretenu, l’alarme piscine désactivée sans explication.L’accueil est impersonnel, les draps et serviettes non fournis, et malgré nos signalements, la propriétaire n’a proposé aucune solution.En résumé, cette villa a du potentiel mais nécessite un vrai investissement en rénovation, propreté et entretien. En l’état, elle ne correspond absolument pas au standing attendu ni au tarif demandé.

Très beau séjour dans cette maison a Argelès, proche de toutes les commodités , quartier très calme malgres la proximité de la ville et de la plage. La maison est bien agencée , les chambres sont toutes sepearees et salle de bain toilettes pour tous idéal quand pour partir a plusieurs. Seul bémol la propreté de la maison et terrasse a notre arrivée.

Funktionales Haus mit Platz für viele Personen

Zu Beginn möchte ich sagen, dass wir die ersten Bewohner anfangs der Saison waren. Das ruhig gelegene Haus stand länger leer und das hat man auch gesehen. Leider war es nicht sehr ordentlich. Die Bäder und Böden waren sauber, der Außenbereich leider nicht. Auch zahlreichen Spinnweben in den Ecken waren vorhanden. Das Haus bietet sehr viele Schlafzimmer mit einem jeweiligen Bad dazu. Das ist sehr angenehm. Es bietet auch ausreichend Platz für jede Person. Der Pool ist großartig! Die Agentur ist sehr bemüht und sofort bereit. Alles im allen ist die Einrichtung funktional und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein bisschen Liebe wäre schön gewesen… Die Umgebung bietet einen fussläufigen Strand, Restaurants, Shops.

Location idéalement située à 5 mn à pieds du port et de ses commerces et à 10 mn à pieds de la plage. Logement spacieux avec piscine et jacuzzi très agréable. Cependant nous avons trouvé que le ménage était limite et que le logement en général ainsi que le matériel mis à disposition étaient mal entretenus ( lit bébé non praticable, bouilloire cassée, canapés tachés, évacuation des sanitaires compliquée ….). Un petit coup de frais rendrait cette location vraiment top ! Dommage

Merci pour votre appréciation positive de notre grande villa qui est effectivement très bien placée : au calme mais juste à quelques pas de l'animation du bord de mer, avec la marina, les plages à proximités, la promenade le long de la mer et ses commerces ou restaurants. Elle est très bien équipée (2 frigos, 2 lave-vaisselle, 2 cuisines avec fours, etc.) mais cela peut arriver que l'électroménager flanche en cours de saison mais cela a vite été réparé. Le message a été passé concernant le ménage et l'entretien pour que cela y soit remédié, merci pour votre retour qui nous aide à toujours rester au top !

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis. La maison est très spacieuse et idéalement placée: commerces et plage à 5 minutes à pied. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont fait le bonheur de tout le monde. Petits bémols sur l'entretien général de la maison (intérieur et extérieur). Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires et la personne de l'agence qui s'occupe de la remise des clés. Nous recommandons cette location.

Merci pour votre appréciation ! Notre villa a effectivement l’avantage d’être spacieuse et lumineuse avec des portes-fenêtres ouvrant sur des terrasses confortables. Avec la sécheresse, ce n’est pas toujours facile d’avoir un jardin luxuriant mais le notre est très vert malgré tout grâce aux essences régionales qui y sont plantées. Grande villa proche des commerces

Villa dans une impasse, au calme, très bien placé à 100m du port avec commerces. Le pain du boulanger est très bon, un traiteur avec des plats préparés, un caviste, une épicerie avec fruits de la région, centre de plongée, location de bateaux, magasins vêtements, glaciers, bar et restaurant. La villa avec piscine et jacuzzi très appréciables avec le pisciniste qui passe le mercredi pendant le séjour. Les chambres au rdc sont équipées de ventilateur au plafond. La chambre de l'étage n'est pas climatisée, dommage. Nous étions à 10 adultes, nous avions de la place avec la terrasse à l'ombre pour déjeuner. Super séjour, je recommande. Le seul bémol est le ménage à notre arrivée qui manque de rigueur. Vous pouvez contacter la propriétaire très gentille qui répond à vos interrogations. Très bien reçu par La demoiselle pour nous remettre les clés et nous expliquer le fonctionnement. Nous y reviendrons

Perfect for our family holiday

The property provided everything we could want for a family holiday for 6 adults and 5 children, offering each party their separate sleeping /bathroom facilities, with super comfy beds, and even a lounge area where the teenagers in the party could have chill out time away from the adults and younger children. The provision of 2 dishwashers was great as with 11 of us they were in constant use and took away the need for anyone to have to wash the dishes. We all loved the pool and jacuzzi and was delighted when our young grandchildren gained the confidence to swim. The property is situated within easy walking distance of the Port and beach, thereby limiting the need to use cars to longer distances. The resort is bustling, especially as we were there in the school holidays, and provided lots of things for everyone to do. The check in/out was seamless and the Agent who met us was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting the area.
