In closed and quiet residence for rent in the floor of a villa a beautiful apartment of 70 m2 independent with a large terrace of 13m2, 2 bedrooms, comfortable: fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in every piece, Wifi, barbecue.
At your disposal: table tennis, basket ball, petanque and swimming pool graciously offered by the owners.
Ideally located near a shopping center 800 meters, 200 meters from a grocery store bakery and 2.5 km of beaches accessible by bike paths and mini bus.

Schöne Anlage und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Reizvolle kleine, ruhige und sichere Anlage am Ortsrand von Argeles-Sur-Mer mit 6 Appartements. Wir hatten im Obergeschoss mit großer Terrasse gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Besitzerfamilien sind sehr diskret und sehr freundlich und waren bei einem kleinen Unfall gleich hilfsbereit. Ein Tante Emma Laden ist nur 200 Meter entfernt, so dass man nicht jeden Tag in den Intermarche fahren muss. Zu den gepflegten Stränden sind es zwischen 10 und 20 Minuten. Parken fast überall gratis möglich. Glasklares kaltes Wasser (20 bis 22 Grad) und nachmittags fast immer windig (Ende August). Leider waren wir etwas unvorsichtig und haben uns stark erkältet. Die Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt 100 % empfehlen.

Le logement correspond à un étage de maison récemment construite, propre, lumineux, moderne, avec une grande terrasse que nous avons pu apprécier à tous les moments de la journée compte tenu de l'exposition. La résidence est calme et dotée d'une belle piscine pour nous rafraîchir ! Les propriétaires sont disponibles, à l'écoute et de bons conseils sur la région qui offre de nombreuses découvertes vers la montagne ou les plages ! En résumé : Superbe séjour !

The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable. Set in a quiet location there is a great pool and amenities for the children. Alexander and his family were also great hosts. We would recommend this location to anyone.
