About this property
Tiny House in the Mountains- waterfall, jacuzzi and stunning farm views
Ever wanted to stay in a tiny house? How about one in a beautiful place near Georgia's pristine Lake Burton? We would love for you to be our guest. Nestled in Rabun County, GA this once outdated tiny cottage has been transformed into a small tiny gem. The tiny house includes a queen bed, 40” flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave, k cup machine, bathroom with shower and a great front porch. Outside you will find 8 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, grill (charcoal), fire pit, and a small waterfall with a porch.
The tiny house is on our lil farm property by the creek. It is conveniently located right off Highway 76 West and surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. Simplify and come see what nature has to offer. Note: this is a tiny house not a presidential suite and it can get a little cozy! Also, the tiny house is located on our property and there is another tiny house on site that we rent. This site is located at the back and more private. The hot tub for this site is not shared with other guests. The waterfall porch is a shared area. Security cameras(capable of recording) and owner pets on site.

It was a great tiny house, very clean. The hot tub was a nice surprise, the charcoal grille was great also. Would definitely stay there again if I am in this area.
Perfect Peaceful Stay! Loved the small waterfall w/in walking distance. The Owner, David was so friendly and attentive, (thanks again David). Highly recommend this Tiny getaway for short stays!
Very fun "glamping". Tiny house was tiny (as expected), but had most of the amenities needed. Most anything you didn't bring you can grab at the Farmhouse Store (and Grille) about a mile down the road.
This little house has a lot of charm. It sits along a beautiful little creek and is very clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. The mountain view was beautiful. The firepit was nice in the evening.
This VRBO was absolutely incredible. Every detail was thoughtful, cozy, and beautifully designed. The views were stunning from morning to night, and the peacefulness of the property was unmatched. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and recharge. Waking up to the scenery and ending the evenings in such a quiet, calming atmosphere felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a getaway that’s both beautiful and serene, this is it. I already can’t wait to come back!
Enjoyed our stay. Nicely decorated where you walk and park on gravel. Confortable cabin. Host checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will stay here again if opportunity arises.

We had a lovely time staying here. It's a really charming tiny house, set in its own very spacious field on a property set back from the road. The hot tub was great and the bed very comfy. Quiet at night and great stars. A fun place to relax and we enjoyed visiting the little waterfall behind the house beyond tooThe BBQ m is great. The only small thing we'd have appreciated was a better set up and some crockery/cutlery to do the BBQ. Only 2 sets of plastic cutlery and paper plates were provided which made preparing, eating and washing up after the BBQ tricky especially as there's only a tiny bathroom sink to do it in. Installing a simple outdoor sink area (or even simple food prep station) would be very helpful to prepare/clean up after BBQ and some reusable china/silverware including a kitchen. knife.
We enjoyed our stay! Super cute and nicely decorated. It had everything you need. The bed was comfy. The extra space heater helped as it was really cold the night we stayed. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Big enough for 2 people. It was also pretty close to downtown Clayton. We would stay here again!
Nice place, beautiful farm, Very peaceful, we saw deer one evening. Plenty of places to eat in Clayton Ga, AC works great, We had a great time visiting my wife’s brother in a RV park close by. Lots of hiking near by too.
We loved the wide open view of the sky over the mountain. We watched the sun set while we sat in the hot tub. This little house is just 3 miles from the Hemlock Falls trail, which is gorgeous and ends at a swimming hole. The house is clean, comfy, and a great getaway from the city.
I found this cute, cozy cottage on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. The serene and quaint country setting at Acorn Creek Farm was perfect—peaceful farm views, a gentle waterfall nearby, and that true escape-from-it-all feeling I was craving.
Mornings were magical: rocking on the porch with my coffee as the sun rose over the hills. After full days of hiking nearby trails and browsing the charming shops in Clayton, I’d unwind in the hot tub under the stars. The tiny house itself is thoughtfully designed, compact but incredibly comfortable, with all the little details that made it feel special and welcoming for one.
This was the ideal retreat for myself—quiet, restorative, and deeply refreshing. If you’re looking for a peaceful solo mountain escape, I highly recommend it.
