Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not adjust outside light timers. Please turn off propane tank on fire pit and grill. We will charge 35$ if you do not.
There is absolutely zero tolerance of any smoking on the property or in the bungalow. There will be a $300 charge if this rule is broken.
