The property overall was nice and accommodating to our group. There was a dead mouse downstairs that appeared later in the evening after we went into town for dinner. And one of the rooms specifically my friend said was very dusty. I understand it’s October but I booked in August and I think it should be listed in the property amenities and listing when the heated pool is specifically closed. Other than that we did have a great time and the spaciousness of the property was nice. The screened in porch and kitchen were great spaces for large parties.

This is such a wonderful property and host! Everything was stocked beyond expectation. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful, and the pool was perfect! It was walking distance to everything! Such a wonderful vacation! Communication was smooth and easy. The check in and check out were easy and simple! Thank you for such a great property and great vacation!

The house was exactly as described and fit the needs of our family’s trip perfectly. We had 8 adults and 3 young children. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have space. The owner, Kevin, has thought of everything people would need to have a great experience at a home away from home. The best example of Kevin’s communication and assistance came through a power outage that affected the city of South Haven one evening. Kevin called to check in on us and unprompted, brought over bags of ice with an extra cooler, extra blankets in case it got chilly over night, and batteries for portable lights he already had at the house. The power ended up only being out for five hours but it provided our family an “unplugged” evening of playing card games on the screened in porch and sitting by the fire pit. We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s house and would highly recommend it for any family looking for a flexible vacation with the ability to walk to local restaurants, shops, and the beach as well as stay in and grill while using a private heated pool.
