This is probably the best house in South Haven. It is clean, has tons of space, a swim hot tub, location is perfect, and Susan is very easy to communicate with. We already have it booked for next year.

Wonderful home, this is the second time we have stayed here and it’s a great location! Susan was very accommodating!! We were very happy with the stay, minus the city wide power outage for a short time!!

This was an annual ladies trip and this property was perfect. We were close to downtown for shopping and eating and also close to the beach for sunning. The hot tub was great for relaxing and winding down at the end of day. We all had a great time.

The host is so good and kind, very generous to rent their home for the family. The movie room and spa were outstanding. So close to the beach and stores, and a Wednesday and Saturday farmer’s market. We had a good time.

If I could give more stars, I would. This home was immaculate! The location was perfect—5 minute walk to downtown; 10 minute walk to the beach. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of towels for the swim spa or beach. We especially loved the kids room with 4 individual built-in beds. And the theater room was a favorite in the evenings.

Highly recommend this home for your next trip to South Haven. It was spotless and well stocked. The theatre room was a great addition. As we were on a sibling trip, we showed old family movies one evening. The swim spa was fun to hang out in. The owner even brought a solo stove and firewood, upon request, so we could enjoy a bonfire one evening. The house is in a great location. Very walkable to beach and marina area and super close to downtown South Haven. We had the best time and I will definitely come back to this house again!

Our family of 3 generations had such a wonderful time at this spacious, spotless, well appointed home. The adults spent many hours on the front porch and back patio. The grandkids had a blast in the swim spa, basement play area and movie theater. We found lots of helpful extras of blankets, towels, toys and much more in the closets and cabinets. The location could not have been more perfect as we were so close to town, the river and the beach. Book it if it’s available for your next trip to South Haven!

Stayed here with my family of 6 adults and 3 kids 3 and under. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! Lots of beach gear, towels, kitchen supplies, kids toys - you name it they had it. The host was very responsive and great to work with. The location was perfect to walk downtown and still close enough we could use strollers and walk to kids parks, splash pad, and the south beach area. The movie room and swim spa were big hits for entertainment at the house. Would highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a good place to stay with a larger group and kids!

Spacious, very clean, multi-level house with plenty of space for 10 of us. Kitchen extremely well stocked and appliances all worked very well. Excellent location, short walk to town and only about 10 minutes to the beach. After a long day at the beach, relax in the large swim spa in the back yard or head to the lower level and relax with a movie in the theatre room. Perfect house for multi-generational family group!

This is a wonderful home in an ideal location for walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. There are several separate spaces for folks to spread out, lots for kids to do, quiet spots to porch sit, a home theatre and the largest hot tub this side of the Mississippi. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. This home is a gem. Don't look any further. Book immediately!

We absolutely loved our stay in South Haven — the location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house was spotless on arrival and comfortably accommodated all nine of us with plenty of room to relax and spread out. The grandchildren were thrilled with the great selection of toys; they kept busy the whole trip. Communication with Susan was excellent — prompt, friendly, and she’d clearly thought of everything a guest could need, from kitchen supplies to extra linens. Highly recommend this rental for families or larger groups looking for a clean, convenient, and well-stocked home base in South Haven. We're already looking forward to another visit!

Celebrated my MIL’s 70th birthday in South Haven. Our group of 8 ranged from ages 7-70 and we could not have been more pleased with the home, location, and communication. 5 Stars all around! The home is beautiful with an incredible swim spa, game room and movie theatre. The kids had a blast! The location can’t be beat, everything is walkable. Communication and check in was smooth and quick. Thank you for the memories!
