Villa with good areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, a dining room and other social kitchen, fully equipped. The land is enclosed and properly arranged to allow clients are the beneficiaries of space. This allows a social space outside (not only on the terraces as well as on the outside of the house). The two living areas (social component and board) are open to the kitchen, because there are no walls, although these spaces are physically divided among the different levels. This, stimulating social environment and interaction between customers / visitors, which allows everyone to enjoy the scenery. It has lots of natural light (large windows / doors). A modern furnishings. With two large balconies that let you enjoy the fantastic kind. Located at a high altitude for a fantastic landscape.

I appreciate nature in its many aspects ... beach, countryside and mountains. This villa is set in a location that includes all these different contexts and where I really would like to live however, for reasons of professional nature, this is not possible. For me it is very important that guests do not feel cheated when looking for a quiet place and great contact with nature. What is presented in the ad is what guests will find ... no more, no less!

Why they chose this property

On the foregoing reasons ... possibility in the same space can intensely enjoy nature in a multifaceted way ... field, beach and mountain ... a choice ... that was the line array in the local election and design of the House. It has easy access and tranquility is maximum. Inside the house strong and bright light is a constant.
