Redevelopment of the exterior (to favor more green space, with various relaxation areas).

Creation of an exotic type wooden pool house.

A more functional swimming pool beach, a wooden beach with access to the green area, as well as enhancing the entrance.

Always with the aim of making your stay as pleasant as possible!

A master suite upstairs: with shower, dressing room, bright giving access to a private terrace.
On the ground floor: two large bedrooms, overlooking the terrace and swimming pool, a bathroom, and wc; all air conditioned.

The living room and its American kitchen with large
openings between inside and outside, opening onto two terraces, swimming pool and garden.

On the second floor: an independent studio, with shower, private toilet, all air conditioned; overlooking a private terrace. The outside is green, and shaded, in a very pleasant setting, with a swimming pool and its equipment.

The rental includes: swimming pool maintenance, household linen.

Bikes are available free of charge.

You can make your reservation at your convenience:

Nice house for vacation

The property meet our expectations and in line with pictures in the add. We had a nice week. We enjoyed the house and the pool area. We also enjoyed the beach (within walking distance, but you may consider driving there). 5 min drive to shopping (Lidl and Hyper U). Hosts are nice.

Beautiful Villa

Five stars for the hosts Fanny & Olivier! Very nice and spacious villa. It has everything we needed. We spent 10 days and it was very comfortable. Unfortunately it was raining for the entire stay and we were not able to take advantage of the pool. Thank you Fanny and Olivier for your hospitality.

super relaxing

This property is superb and very well equipped with everything you could need (apart from toilet paper!). It was ideal for us with our 3 adult sons, aged 18-24, because the layout meant that everyone had plenty of space and privacy. It is an easy 15 minute drive from Beziers airport and there are supermarkets and smaller shops less than 5 minutes away. The river, local beach and some nice restaurants are within walking distance. We had a super-chilled week but there are loads of tourist attractions for anyone who wants to explore the region. Highly recommended - but pack some loo roll!

Residential neighborhood villa

The villa is spacious, with lots of light . The kitchen is outfitted but the utensils, pots and pans etc. are old and worn. We were surprised that there are no closets in the house. The beds, bedding and towels could use refreshing. The living room sitting area is not comfortable although there is a good TV. Since we rented in the winter, we did not experience the pool area which is large.The house is in a dense residential area but a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.The hosts are lovely and accessible .

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Fanny und Olivier in Agde. Das Haus ist super schön und nur 15min zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt.Fanny und Olivier waren supernett und zuvorkommend, Olivier kam sogar zweimal pro Woche um den Garten und Pool sauber zu machen.Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit - vielen Dank dafür!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable ici. L’emplacement est idéal; tranquille et privé, mais à 5 minutes en voiture du supermarché, 20 minutes à pied de la plage et Le Grau d’Agde avec de nombreux charmants restaurants, magasins et marchés. Il y a des pistes cyclables partout et je recommande de louer un vélo. Le Cap D’Agde animé n’est pas loin et le parking et gratuit. Dans une heure, il y a les gorges de l’Hérault pour faire du kayak.La maison est belle, très confortable et bien équipée. La piscine est magnifique et le jardin a du soleil et de l’ombre et toujours une petite brise.Olivier n’aurait pas pu être plus gentille et serviable; lui et fanny étaient très réactifs à toutes nos questions. Nous nous sommes sentis complètement chez nous.Les seuls points négatifs étaient que l'internet n'était pas fiable, la literie pourrait être meilleure et j'aurais aimé une armoire. Cela ne nous empêcherait pas de revenir. Notre seul regret était de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps.

Prima verblijf

Zeer leuk huis op heel centrale locatie. De eigenaars Fanny en Olivier zijn heel aangenaame mensen en heel flexibel. Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Enkele kleine puntjes, de bedden zijn veel te klein waardoor we niet goed sliepen en het huis kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken maar dit stoorde niet. Overall een leuke vakantie gehad met het hele gezin.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 2024 die Gäste von Fanny und Olivier und konnten unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genießen. Die beiden haben uns herzlich empfangen, alles im und um das Haus ausführlich erklärt und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. der Pool wurde während unserem Urlaub regelmäßig durch Olivier gereinigt.

La Villa Parfaite pour des vacances inoubliables !!!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette villa pendant nos vacances. La maison est non seulement magnifique, mais aussi très fonctionnelle, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin à portée de main. Les grandes baies vitrées inondent l'intérieur de lumière naturelle, offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le pool house et la piscine extérieure. L'environnement magnifique, avec ses nombreux palmiers et pins, ajoute une touche de sérénité à l'ensemble. De plus, les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et réactifs, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. La villa est également idéalement située, à proximité des commerces et de la plage, ce qui a rendu nos déplacements très pratiques.
