We had a fantastic stay at Fabienne's home. We travelled with our three children and my parents, and there was plenty of room for everyone.The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay so comfortable and easy. The pool and garden area are just as tasteful as the house itself - a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.The location was also ideal, with both the beach and town just a short distance away. We also hired a car to explore the stunning local coastline, there are so many beautiful spots to discover in this part of France.Fabienne was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming, and always quick to respond if we needed anything. This is a very special holiday home and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Absolutely Beautiful

We have just stayed at this beautiful house and could not fault it at all. We had children ranging from 6 to 19 and four adults and found the accommodation luxurious, spotlessly clean and spacious. The outside area is one of the nicest we’ve experienced and the layout of furniture and pool is perfect for family time together. The location of the villa was perfect for us - it’s the first time in 24 years of travelling to France that we flew instead of driving. The ability to access shops, restaurants and the beach with its beautiful atmosphere all on foot within ten minutes was exactly what we’d hoped for, even though the villa itself is still in a lovely peaceful location. Valras Plage is one of the nicest beaches we’ve visited, clean and well looked after yet amazingly not crowded like many other Mediterranean beaches - perfect! And just a bus ride away is Béziers - so much there to see and do. Our host Fabienne is such a kind and helpful lady. Our flight home was cancelled and she helped enormously in giving us extra time to sort out a new flight two days later - also offering any help she could give to arrange things - a truly lovely lady. We would not hesitate to return to this beautiful house in one of the most beautiful parts of France we have visited.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung, toller, ruhiger Lage und kurzen Wegen zu Strand, Geschäften, Restaurants, Sportstätten.Besonders zu Erwähnen ist die super nette Vermieterin und ihr Team, freundlich, hilfsbereit, herzlich, 100% Top.Toller Garten mit Pool und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Insgesamt war es ein super schöner Urlaub und ein top zu empfehlenswertes Objekt mit 100% Wohlfühlen- und Erholungscharakter.Sehr zu empfehlen Gerne auch wieder für uns Tres, tres bien

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem außergewöhnlich schönem Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und der Pool ist toll zum Baden. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen.In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und im Ortszentrum,wo man eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet. Mit kindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche bei Fabienne verbracht. Es war alles genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Fabienne hat alles so eingerichtet, als ob sie selbst dort wohnen würde. Wir hatten mit 2 Familien ausreichend Platz und der Pool hat immer zum Reinspringen eingeladen. Einzig die vielen Stechmücken abends waren nervig, aber da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür. Die Klimaanlagen waren vollkommen ausreichend bei 38C. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Geweldig plek! Huis is erg mooi en ligt vlak bij het strand. De tuin met zwembad is top. Je hebt verschillende leuke plekje in de tuin waar je kan zitten. Er is een buitenkeuken aanwezig om heerlijk eten te bereiden.

Un petit havre de paix au cœur de Valras

Accueil chaleureux de Fabienne, qui s'est montrée très flexible car nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu. Superbe maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, proche des commerces et de la plage. Fantastischer Aufenthalt in einem bezaubernd renovierten Haus

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Haus von Fabienne und David verbringen dürfen. Von der Übergabe bis zur Abgabe war es absolut perfekt. Das Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert mit einem grossartigen Händchen für Dekoration und Einrichtung. Es ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, die Küche voll funktionsfähig und voll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind herrlich, unsere Teenager haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Abends auf der Aussenplatte im Garten grillen, auf der Terrasse die Abendstunden geniessen, morgens entweder an der Bar einen Kaffee trinken oder bereits die Morgensonne im Garten geniessen. Ein Haus mit kleinem aber feinem Pool, supersauber und nur zu empfehlen! Nur gerade 3 Minuten zu Fuss zum grossen und schönen Strand von Valras-Plage. Wenn Valras-Plage, dann kann es nur die Villa "la Tenille" sein. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Betreuung! Wir können die Villa und die beiden Gastgeber Fabienne und David nur empfehlen! Wir geben sehr gerne und ohne schlechtes Gewissen die volle Punktzahl.

Extraordinaire séjour

A quiconque lis ce commentaire, dépêchez-vous à réserver cette magnifique villa. Nous avons passé une semaine à 8 (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et avons eu un séjour extraordinaire. L’emplacement de la villa est excellent. Elle est située très près de la mer tout en étant en retrait du vacarme de bord de mer et du vent. La villa est située au fond d’une impasse et en fait un endroit très calme. L’aménagement extérieur est très bien pensé avec des espaces pour prendre les repas, pour relaxer ou pour prendre l’apéro. Si le soleil est moins au rendez-vous ou que vous êtes fatigués de la plage, vous pouvez profitez de la piscine, caractéristique rare dans ce secteur. Et Fabienne, la propriétaire est adorable, tres gentille, tres réactive et pleine de bons conseils. Je recommande cette villa sans aucune réserve. Dépêchez-vous a réservez avant que d’autres ne le fassent!

Das schönste Haus in Valras-Plage

Wir waren eine neunköpfige Truppe mit 3 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern zwischen 7 und 16 Jahren, die in dieses phantastische Haus für 2 Wochen einziehen durfte. Das Haus ist weit über dem Standard ausgestattet, liebevoll und geschmackvoll dekoriert und macht das Seele baumeln lassen wirklich einfach. Wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen. Fabienne hat uns wertvolle Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen vor Ort gegeben. Rundum ein toller Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert.
