A cavernous casa with a sun-drenched pool nestled in the heart of sunny Fort Lauderdale- 3 King beds, 4 Twin beds, free wifi, free parking for up to 3 cars, private pool, and steps to downtown.
From the disco ball to the moody interior, Casa del Ojo is a place best discovered by travelers who decide to visit. Its unique design and playful decor make it an ideal escape from reality.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy limits apply to children and adults 13 and over.
*Home sleeps 10 in beds
*Memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms
CONSTRUCTION
The home next door was recently demolished. We don't have sightline to the construction schedule but there is potential for noise as they prepare to build.

We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not be in compliance of the following:
• There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am
• Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes.
• No on-street parking/ 3 car maximum
• Absolutely no so smoking inside
• No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy
• Each guest gets a personalized lock code that expires at the time of check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and properties
• The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured
Free early check-in and late check-out (based on availability)

• High chair with a tray and safety straps
• Stroller
• Baby bath
• Crib and sheet available for a $100 fee

• None of the windows in the property are operable that lead to the pool.
• There are 2 locks on the sole door leading to the pool from the living room.
• There are 3 areas throughout where there is one step up or down *Entry/ Door to primary bedroom/ entry from kitchen to living room
• Optional child safety lock available for front door
IMPORTANT
Guests are responsible for presenting an ID/ photo just like a hotel. There is no exception to this rule.
*This property is registered with the City of Fort Lauderdale as a lawful vacation rental (license number VRR1800323)
As per the city of Fort Lauderdale-
• It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence
• Guests must adhere to city ordinances applicable to residential areas including but not limited to noise, parking, and occupancy.
• The ordinance may be found online and is available in print on the home's interior.
DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS
We do not accept alterations to date change requests that would result in a shortened stay past the determined cancellation time frame.
