This place was perfect for our group of 9 on a girls trip. Very clean, nicely decorated, and just roomy enough. We loved having our own private pool. Pictures were accurate however in person was even better!

Great family get away!

Amazing property!

We loved our stay at Sunny Iles. My girls and I had the most wonderful stay there, enjoying the salt water pool, large kitchen/gathering area, and spacious rooms! The owners are very responsive and helpful as well, and the location is very convenient. We’d recommend this property to anyone coming to Fort Lauderdale!

Perfect vacation house!

I booked this house for my friend’s bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! This house is great for a big group! Our favorite part was the backyard which was the best spot to hang out. It was very clean when we arrived, super easy check-in/out process, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cups, pots, pans, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone & would love to come back!

Wonderful week with family at Sunny Isles

Everything about this property was perfect for our family stay. Plenty of room, the furnishings were high end, and the bedding was so comfy! We relaxed by the pool, BBQed, walked to the very sweet park which our grandson loved. The host provided great suggestions for dinner. The 15th St. Fishery was amazing! The beach was a very short drive. Loved preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen and the morning visits with the peacocks was delightful. Highly recommend this property for a comfy laid-back stay. Thanks so much to our hosts for providing such a lovely week!

Cozy and Chic Home Away From Home

From the initial booking and throughout, my family and I had a wonderful experience. The hosts were very detailed in their welcome package that I did not have too many inquiries. However, when contact was needed they were very responsive when communicating (I utilized the vrbo app as our texts were having technical difficulties). The hosts' intentionality with accommodations were well-thought-out and the properties' aesthetics did not go unnoticed. Beautiful property, in and out, which truly considered every general accommodation. We literally only needed ourselves, clothes/shoes, and any specific food items/snacks as the hosts covered everything else from a full kitchen setup, cleaning supplies, ample beach towels, regular towels and washcloths, shampoo/conditioner, soaps/bodywash and I'm probably missing a few. The location was perfect for our visit, as we were about 15 mins (without traffic) from Chase Stadium where we caught a futbol match. Although the property was barely 10 mins from the airport, you wouldn't know as we do not recall hearing any air traffic. We also made our way to Miami during our visit which was approximately 30 mins without traffic. We enjoyed being on a private property in a community, near downtown Fort Lauderdale not in the hustle and bustle yet in the midst and/or not too far from other neighboring Florida attractions/cities. Overall, this property and the hosts exceeded our expectations.
