Only located 20 km west of Rennes and already in the land of Brocéliande, this old bakehouse rehabilitated in the old-fashioned way and labeled ecogite offers you an immersion in the land of Brocéliande legends and a central position for access to the coasts of the Atlantic or the English Channel via the nearby expressway. Near a sheep farm on the edge of a wood (walks). The Cheze dam is 1 km away, the Brocéliande Gardens (sensory garden) and the Carouj (Breton games leisure park) 5 km away, the Baulon (6 km) and Paimpont (15 km) forests, the Tremelin leisure center with swimming 15 km away.
