Lovely apartment of 40 m2 and Garden terrace of 50 m2 at the foot of the Jaillet slopes located 500 meters walk from the Palais des Sports and the Media Library and 750 meters from the pedestrian area in the city center.

It is located in a quiet and well-wooded environment with a very beautiful view of the Mont d'Arbois, very bright due south completely renovated and very comfortable (TV in bedroom and living room).

It has a new independent kitchen, a contemporary bathroom with WC as well as a closed garage for 2 cars with ski lockers.

It adjoins the Jardineige with ski lift.
Children can play around the apartment safely and in a beautiful landscape.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement, entièrement neuf et rénové, est confortable, bien équipé et très propre. Il est situé au RDC avec une jolie terrasse qui donne sur un bel espace devant le chalet, ce qui a permis de laisser les enfants jouer dehors dans la neige, tout en les surveillant depuis l'intérieur, au chaud. L'immeuble se trouve en haut de la petite piste verte des débutants, ce qui rend facile l'accès pour l'ESF, à pied ou à ski. L'accès aux magasins, à la boulangerie et autres commerces se fait à pied sans problème avec 10 minutes de marche. La propriétaire a été charmante et attentionnée. Finalement, il n'a manqué que le beau temps...

Super séjour à la montagne

L'appartement est calme et idéalement situé pour une famille avec enfants. Il est en rez de jardin dans une résidence à taille humaine.Le club pioupiou se trouve à 100 m, accessible à pied. Le télécabine et le palais des sports (avec piscine et patinoire) sont tout proches également. La vue de l'appartement qui donne sur le Mont d'Arbois est magnifique. La décoration est soigné et l'appartement fonctionnel. Nous avons un excellent séjour et remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil et la mis à disposition d'un lit parapluie.
