Charming studio (4 persons) located on the 6th floor in the residence of the Ruches close to the children's village, shops, restaurants and bars.

Avoriaz is an altitude station without a car. 100% pedestrian. The tracks at the foot of the buildings. Sleds pulled by horses. A unique atmosphere.

Facing south, this apartment enjoys exceptional sunshine. It is bathed in light all day long. Its balcony is equipped with a table and chairs to make the most of the sun and the mountain. View of the slopes, the white teeth, the lake and the chalets of Avoriaz.

The decoration made of stone and raw wood is of mountain and Scandinavian style.

The studio is intended for 4 people maximum. It is equipped with a sofa bed type BZ (bultex mattress for 2 people) and 2 single beds (bunk beds).
Pillows and duvets for each sleeping are provided.
In the entrance, wc independent of the bathroom, kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and storage.
For your comfort, the bathroom has a bathtub.
The studio is equipped with an LCD TV.
Cupboards with shelves and wardrobe, storage under the beds

The residence is very well located. It has 2 entrances, one allows walking around the resort and is very close to the Children's Village (2minutes) and the Evolution 2 ski school. The other allows to go directly on the tracks without effort.

Optional: cleaning and possibility to rent bed linen

In short, everything is done to make the most of your holidays, the sun and the Avoriaz landscapes!

Charming studio (4 people) completely renovated in 2016 located on the 6th floor in the residence Les Ruches close to Children's Village, shops, restaurants and bars.

Facing due south, this apartment enjoys exceptional sunshine. It is bathed in light throughout the day. Its balcony is equipped with a table and chairs to make the most of the sun and the mountains. View on the slopes and the cottages of Avoriaz.

The decoration is made of stone and rough wood of Scandinavian style.

The apartment is for a maximum of 4 persons. It is equipped with a sofa bed type BZ (bultex mattress for 2 persons) and 2 single beds (bunk beds).

Cushions and duvets for each bed are provided.

In the entrance, kitchen area with ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and storage.

For your comfort, the completely renovated bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

The living room is equipped with LCD TV.

The residence is very well located. It has 2 entrances, one of which is near the Children's Village (2 minutes) and the Evolution 2 ski school. The other way to go directly on the slopes without effort. You are on your skis or snowboard at the foot of the building. The same goes for the return of skiing.

Les +: - la vue dégagée face à la montagne et aux pistes - l'exposition plein sud - la luminosité de l'appartement - le balcon très appréciable par beau temps - l'emplacement au coeur d'Avoriaz - studio totalement rénové, décoré avec goût, cosy, chaleureux et bien agencé - salle de bain rénovée, pratique et avec baignoire - wc séparé Les -: - le simple vitrage des fenêtres d'un point de vue isolation phonique (quelques passages de dameuses la nuit...) - les stores qui laissent passer de la luminosité sur les côtés la nuit - le matelas du lit canapé quelque peu creusé Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce charmant studio au coeur d'Avoriaz. Toute la famille est ravie de nos vacances et se sentait bien dans ce charmant studio. Je remercie Tony pour cette location et nos échanges cordiaux. Nous reviendrons! A bientôt.

Modern, compact, great view and location

This was our first visit to Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil. The apartment is at the bottom end of Avoriaz and very handily located for the Evolution 2 ski school, and the bottom of the central button lift that runs through the centre of Avoriaz. There are also 3 main lifts that are all within a 200 meter down hill piste from the exit of the apartment. Located in the Allegro building, it's very much a ski in/out apartment which was wonderful. The apartment, like so many in Avoriaz is compact yet modern enough with a bath - something we wanted as many just have a shower. The apartment block doesn't have a ski/boot room so you need to take your boots and skis into your apartment - we stored the skis and poles on the balcony overnight. The room has bunks for the kids and a sofa pull down double bed - it wasn't the comfiest of beds though. The view from the balcony, which is south facing was amazing. We were blessed with a week of clear blues skis and the view out of the apartment was fantastic. It was a simple and easy walk to the nearby shops and restaurants, but tucked away so it didn't suffer from any noise. Those who haven't been to Avoriaz before may not know that the village is traffic free which is amazing if you have young children – the only way around the village is by horse and sleigh or by a piste basher style transporter. These do however run at all hours and are used for delivering goods to the various shops and also for empty bins etc – you get the odd noise of these throughout the night but nothing major. Other than that the apartment is lovely and quiet and we didn’t have any noise coming through the walls, floors or ceilings from neighbouring apartments. It is equipped with everything you really need and was clean and in good condition. We would definitely look to book this again should we return to Avoriaz and Tony was helpful and responsive throughout. There were 2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 10.

Appartement bien situé

Bien situé, mais il manque d'équipements (bien lire le descriptif...). Un peu bruyant la nuit dû aux dameurs. Rideaux ne couvrant pas bien les fenêtres, il y a donc pas mal de lumières de la rue dans la chambre la nuit.

Bonjour Je suis preneur de toute précision sur les équipements qui pourraient être ajoutés bien qu'il soit difficile d'être aussi complet dans un studio que dans un appartement plus grand. Les rideaux ont malheureusement été détériorés et seront remplacés prochainement. Quand aux dameuses, il est impossible d'être bien situé dans le cœur de la station sans entendre quelques allers venues de dameuses.

Le wifi est géré par une seule société à avoriaz et apparemment le réseau est de très mauvaise qualité selon les endroits. Petit, mais moderne et chaleureux et très belle situation, tant pour la vue que par rapport à la station. Prix correct. Idéal pour un couple mais je n'essaierais pas plus que deux personnes car on se marcherait dessus (et cuisiner pour 3 ou 4 avec cet équipement et aucun espace de travail relève du défi).

S'agissant d'un studio, il est effectivement idéal pour un couple mais beaucoup de locataires avec un ou deux enfants ont été également très satisfaits. Très bon séjour dans ce studio en famille !!! Prestations conformes aux descriptifs donnés, propriétaire et son représentant également disponibles. Bémol dans ce cadre magnifique : absence de double vitrage et de wifi dans l'appartement... Bon séjour dans l ensemble, nous recommandons!

Je suis ravi que votre séjour ait été agréable dans ce studio qui vient d'être entièrement rénové et que vous trouviez le cadre magnifique. Nous avons choisi de ne pas proposer le wifi à nos locataires. Le wifi est un système collectif à Avoriaz et apparemment de très mauvaise qualité. La station prévoit d'améliorer le dispositif existant donc nous espérons pouvoir bénéficier d'un réseau de bonne qualité très vite !
