renovated studio furnished summer 2015.
RENT 7 nights in ski season from Saturday to Saturday

All the buildings have undergone renovations and soundproofing with new wall, floor and ceiling coverings while offering an aesthetic metamorphosis. The wooden single glazed bay window has been replaced by an aluminum double glazed bay.

In the kitchen (functional storage units with worktop and therefore new dishes including raclette, integrated appliances: Dishwasher 9 people, 60l oven, induction hob, microwave)
Side bathroom (walk-in shower, plan resin & towel dryer).
Cupboards wardrobes from floor to ceiling: 1 double bed side floor + 1 double and 1 single side main room. Plenty of storage and coat rack; Flat screen TV on swivel axis.

The alcove (bunk bed with 2 beds of 140cm) is separated from the living room by a door-windows (sofa rapido 2 places). Possibility of putting a cot at the foot of the sofa / cot at your disposal.

Located on the 1st floor in the city center at 80m from the Place de l'Ambiance and the shuttle to the gondolas, shops side, Balcony 8m ² located north east (with table and chairs folding).

Residence Platé (2 bakeries in front of the residence, supermarket 200m, cheese and deli downstairs of the building). Street side, North East exposure.

Swimming pool in resort, heated discovery: Open even in winter with Spa and hammam

Non smoking studio (ashtray on balcony), no pets, we do not accept holiday vouchers

Sheets not provided (cover sheets 140x190cm, pillowcases 60x60cm and duvet cover
household at your expense; 250 € deposit to give to the person who will give you the keys.

Bien pour 2 ou 3 adultes(si affinités)

Le studio est joliment décoré et très bien équipé en particulier pour la cuisine. Il est très bien situé en centre station et à 50 m de la navette des remontées. Je le recommande pour 2 adultes éventuellement avec enfants capables de monter dans un lit superposé difficile d’accès. Tout serait parfait s’il y avait une box pour la wifi car il est impossible de capter la 4G ou le téléphone dans l’appartement. Nous étions hors vacances donc nous avons pu garer notre voiture à proximité. Ça doit être quasiment impossible en période de vacances scolaires. C’est un problème juste au moment du changement/déchargement car une fois emménagés on n’a plus besoin du véhicule tous les commerces restaurants et bars étant à quelques minutes.

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire très réaliste. Des études ont déjà été faites pour l’installation d’une boxe pour l’immeuble mais la copropriété s’y est opposée et on rencontre un problème technique lié à la construction dû aux murs en béton très épais sur l’ensemble de la résidence empêchant le passage des ondes. Des cartes permettant de profiter de la wi-fi de la station sont en vente à l’office de tourisme mais elles ne sont pas miraculeuses. Il faut dire que ça nous arrange car les enfants décrochent pour une fois du téléphone ! 😉

Fantastic apartment located centrally

Probably the best studio apartment I have stayed in the Grand Massif. Very clean and well equipped and located close to all amenities and ski buses. Laurent who checked us in and out was very friendly and helpful . Highly recommended

This is a well located studio in the centre of the village with the bus to the telecabine stopping close by. The studio is well laid out and the ski locker is easily accessible.
