4 Bedroom 3 Full Bath Home on the Canal in Marathon, a 15 minute boat ride to the ocean. Private Heated Pool. Private 35 Foot Boat Dock. Only one trailer on property. Can park trailer next to the 4 car - carpad. Includes, Porta crib, High chair seat, Outdoor Freezer, Fish Cleaning table, Water and Electric on Dock, Internet, Blender, Electric Griddle, Coffee Maker, Outside Propane Grill, Blue tooth small Radio, Beach Towels, Bath Towels, Iron, Dishes and Pots. Fully stocked Kitchen. Bedrooms include 3 Kings and and 1 Twin Bedroom and 1 Queen Sofa sleeper with extra pillows,sheets and blankets. The entire home is on one level but there is a flight of stairs to reach the unit. All Bedrooms include a New Flat Screen TV. Just a short walk to Sombrero Beach. Sleeps total of 10 people. Cleaning fee is $300. and 12.5% Tax. Property is 5 years old. $100 fee per pet. Call or text George our property manager if you want him to drop off bikes

Our group of 8 adults had a great stay. We were perfectly situated for day trips all around. The amenities at the house were generous and the pool was very much enjoyed! The house was clean and in goid repair. The host was very prompt with all communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Grill and garbage disposal needs replaced, but everything else was great. Perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool was wonderful. Great views of the canal, and seen a manatee the first day. Would book again.

Place was clean, George was right on it when we noticed there was no coffee pod coffee maker, came over, delivered coffee maker and took the time to show us how the tv worked. Hair still wet from coming out of the shower! He was great!

Great location with everything you need!

The house was exactly as described. Plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The bikes were great. The location was perfect! We were able to bike so many places. Pool and dock provided lots of fun for our family. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Expectations EXCEEDED! Our family booked this home for lobster season and we seriously couldnt have had it any better!! We traveled with a family of 5 and our dog and so this place was spacious, quiet, very clean, supplied with all you need in the kitchen, and extra beach towels! Our host was excellent at communication and would highly recommend booking this home! The pool was great, Our kids loved it!! We also took advantage of the bikes! Boat trailer parking, outdoor freezer and fish cleaning station! Lastly, THE VIEW-AMAZING!!! We saw manatees, Priceless!!

Thanksgiving in the Keys

Had a great time here! House was the perfect size for our group. The heated pool was wonderful! Neighborhood was quiet, even for a busy street. We had one issue with the garbage disposal and it was addressed immediately. We would recommend this home to anyone look for an awesome place to stay!

Fantastic Home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is in a perfect location to the beach as well as the grocery stores. We enjoyed being able to dock the boat at the house, and jump in to fish anytime. We also really enjoyed the pool, it was the perfect temperature for April!

Loved it! Perfect 50th Birthday

Location was great! Pool was heated everything was clean and plenty of towels was great! Some feedback maybe newer bikes, more condiments in kitchen and a Keurig coffee machine would have been nice some towel hooks in bathrooms too.

Marathon Florida - Sombrero Beach New years Vacation 2023-2024

Property was great, very clean and the description was spot on! We all loved the location, perfect bike ride down to Sombrero Beach, not too far, and not to short! If we needed anything George with property management was there in no time to take care of it and he was very nice. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun! We will be returning for another stay in the future!!

With previous reviews I was a little skeptical. However, very please with everything. The home was very clean, well furnished and decorated very nicely. Was glad it allowed a dog. Would recommend highly.

Family Vacation

Our multigenerational family with dog enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and very clean. A check-in hiccup was quickly addressed by the property manager who graciously met our needs. The house has the basics for cooking and eating in. The bikes were a great plus (a bike lane goes all the way to the beach) as was the pool. Street traffic is a bit heavy during the day but drops significantly in the evening and the neighborhood was very quiet at night. Our only suggestion would be a ladder on the dock or a floating dock to facilitate kayak use-especially for the older members of the family. We would not hesitate to rent to this unit again.

Nice location

Convenient location. Short walk or ride to Sombrero Beach, Publix and other shopping. The house was fairly well equipped but could use some beach chairs and a new umbrella. Pool was well maintained and heated, which made the ladies happy. The home was very dusty, floors were “sticky”, so it could use a good, thorough cleaning. Overall, a nice place.

Amazing location, clean spacious and super simple checkout.

We had an amazing time. The home was clean, beautiful and spacious. Any questions we had were answered right away. Would recommend! The Conch Cafe is a great affordable diner. The night that we splurged on dinner we chose to go to The Florida Keys Steak and Lobster. It was AMAZING. Worth every penny! Jason was our server and he was great! Ask for him!

Bring cleaning supplies

Nice place. Great location. All dishes and silverware were found put away but dirty. Clean Linens were found put away but wet. Not much kitchen supplies to prepare meals.

Amazing House

We really enjoyed this property. We brought our boat. we went for evening cruises through all the canals. It was a bit of a haul to get off shore but about the same if you were staying gulf side. We brought our paddle boards for the canal only issue was there was no ladder to get back on the dock. Plenty of parking. Wish the bedroom with the 2 twins had 1 of the kings just for bathroom/bedroom combo, but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for exploring

We stayed at the house right after the Key West Half and loved it. The property was in a great central location for exploring the Keys, as you were not far from anything. We popped back down to Key West another time for the day and it was an easy drive home after our adventures. The property was clean, well maintained, our kids lived in the pool when we weren’t out, and the adults enjoyed all the outdoor seating. This house is on our short list for future stays, for sure. Only suggestion for the house would be a tea kettle. We are a group of tea drinkers, and while clean, running water through the coffee pot wasn’t the best since there’s the lingering coffee flavor.

Christmas vacation

The property worked out perfectly for our family vacation. We had our 34’ boat at the dock and enjoyed the benefits. A little bit of a ride through the canals to either the ocean or harbor but we found it relaxing and enjoyable. Would recommend a water hose connection at the pier but otherwise it was great. Had an issue with the a/c that quit working on 12/23. Contacted the maintenance man and it was taken care of the next day, Christmas Eve! Pool was great as we had the heat on and our grandson loved it, even on the cooler days!
