Private office is located off of main bedroom. Wrap around screened porches overlooking Sombrero Lagoon and your private 85 foot protected dock with lighted fish cleaning station, underwater fish lighting, bait freezer and outdoor shower. Gentle, easy to navigate steps to the living areas. The NEW kitchen includes all the cookware and tools to satisfy the chief in you. Architecturally designed Cyprus beamed construction makes this place really special for your perfect vacation getaway. French door refrigerator, stove and washer and dryer. Eight Bikes, 3 kayaks, bait freezer and fishing poles provided for guests use. Direct deep water boating access to Atlantic with no bridges and no tidal navigation issues even for deep draft vessels.
