Welcome to "The Lodge!" Our cozy condo is located in charming, historic Frisco, Colorado in the popular Mountainside complex, a quiet complex that borders the White River National Forest.

Frisco is centrally located in the heart of Summit County near Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone. It has been the favorite vacation spot for our family in the summer and winter for over ten years!

Our cute, first floor one bedroom one bath is impeccably maintained and remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and all new furniture. This peaceful, quiet condo has stunning mountain views. The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed, mattress and a new TV. The new memory foam queen sofa sleeper in the living room and love seat provides plenty of seating to watch TV or play games. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig for hot cocoa or coffee and a crock pot to warm you up on cold days! Enjoy a gas fireplace and fast internet, as well. The condo also offers covered, reserved parking and a gas grill on the patio.

Mountainside is known for having the best complimentary recreational facilities for guests, including an indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, steam room, sauna, racquetball court, outside tennis and volleyball court, hiking trails, nordic ski trails and bike path to Copper Mountain, Vail and Breckenridge. They are all available at no additional cost and just steps from the front door.

We are only 6 blocks from downtown Frisco and four major ski resorts. The free shuttle system from the town of Frisco will take you to Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge. The Frisco Marina is only a 10-15 minute walk.

You will find that this condo has many personalized touches, making it truly stand out as a one of a kind family fun experience!

Wonderful retreat

We had a wonderful stay here in Frisco; the condominium itself was cozy and comfortable, with amenities for cooking, activities such as a swimming pool on-site at the property premises, and a very ideal set-up for bedroom arrangements. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect for two!

Great place for my husband and I as very clean and homey. Our only difficulty was finding it as the address on VRBO shoes location as a “street” instead of”avenue” and address on the building actually shows the cross street which is not listed on VRBO. Would be nice to have this clarification for future guests. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice condo within walking distance of Frisco Main Street and one block from the Rec Path. Clubhouse laundry and hot tubs very convenient. Saw a moose on the Rec Path 3 blocks from condo. Perfect for us enjoying cycling and hiking!

Clean and well appointed, the kitchen was nicely stocked, there were extra chargers, everything worked, and it was exactly as shown. Appreciate the updates and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and sauna after skiing. Frisco is a great central location to the resorts. Highly recommend!

We typically visit/stay in Frisco several times a year and this is easily 1 of our most favorite vacation rentals. Close to downtown, but not too close. Great for relaxing after a day of skiing Copper and Breckenridge. Located in quiet residential area, covered parking, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Owners responded immediately to questions. Would love to stay here again!

Great Condo/Locations/Owners

I recently stayed at the condo with my two son’s, 12 and 8, and they have never seen snow before and we had a BLAST. First off, the communication between the owner and myself was flawless. They was no question that was unanswered and the response time was almost automatic. As for the condo, it was very comfortable and cozy which is what we needed on nights that was -8 degrees. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need plus a lot of water which is what you need especially coming from Florida. The living room was very comfortable with a gas fireplace and and an Apple TV. The patio was perfect for me to watch my kids play in the snow, build snowman and have snowball fights. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. My oldest slept in the pullout and he said it was very comfortable as well. The location is absolutely fantastic! You’re a 3 min drive from Main Street in Frisco that has a lot of good restaurants and bars. Try Peppino’s Pizza and Subs. Great pizza and the subs are delicious and big enough for two people. Walmart and Safeway are about a 5 min drive. Breckenridge, Keystone and Cooper Mountain are all 15-20 min drive away. Overall, we could not of asked for a better experience!

We had an excellent stay. The owner was extremely responsive and apologetic on a few minor cleaning issues upon check-in and the remainder of our stay was fantastic. The property is decorated in a lovely Colorado mountain theme and the location is within a mile or so of the Frisco downtown, as well as a fantastic hiking area.

Great Location

This condo was a great little get away. It was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only trouble we had was finding the place when we first arrived. We arrived at night and some of the building numbers were covered by snow. But we found it, and everything else went completely smooth. The owners communicated timely, and were always helpful. They also suggested lots of local spots to check out. If you're looking for a mountain getaway, or good ski lodging this place is it.

Our family has been vacationing in Frisco for the last nine years. We bought the condo recently and are so happy to have you visit! We live in Allen, Texas, just north of Dallas. We have four kids, three girls and a boy. Three are in college and one is in high school. We come to Frisco as often as we can, it is truly our happy place!!

Why they chose this property

We picked Mountainside because of the location and the amenities. We love walking to Main Street and it's the perfect distance. We love how it's tucked into the National Forest and how quiet it is. The amenities are the best of any complex we've visited! We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tubs. In the winter, the underground parking is a real plus! The unit is technically on the first floor, but it is elevated so you don't feel like you are ground level. We have a beautiful view from our bedroom window and from the balcony!
