This beautifully renovated condo offers easy walking access to Downtown and the Gondola for Peaks 7 + 8. It has a completely new designer interior with stainless steel appliances and other updated amenities.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room hosts a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

We're just one block east of Main Street, so any destination in the Historic Town of Breckenridge is close by. Park your car during you visit and walk everywhere or utilize our free bus system to get you where you want to go.

Whether you're vacationing for winter or summer outdoor activities, this condo is ideally situated and is a comfortable place to come home to.

Everything you need

This place is very clean and had everything we needed to cook and live for 5 days. The host is very quick to respond too. We would definitely book this place again. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are a light sleeper, you will need a sound machine because you can hear the doors slamming and ski boots clanking as people enter and leave the complex.

Great Place

We had a great time staying in this property. Fairly priced and really close to downtown Breckenridge. Would 10/10 recommend. Debbie was great with relaying information, which make the stay easy.

Great Location

Great location, close to downtown and the gondola. However, the living room chair is not comfortable and makes it difficult to relax with three adults after a long day of skiing.

Awesome location close to everything!!!!

Our stay in breck was amazing. Unit was clean Well stocked and well priced. Debbie was more than helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. I'm so happy we found such a great place to stay when visit the mountains!!

The unit is at great location and in walking distance everywhere. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much. You made us feel at home. The unit is equipped with everything and extras. Had no issue with parking! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great stay for Ski trip

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was 1 block off of Main Street and 10 mins walk to gondola with skis. I would say the unit is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Convenient that the unit is on the ground floor so no need to lug baggage up/down stairs. However, rating this 4/5 as the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. Paired with the ultra-dry air (even with the humidifier) it was not the best at night. That being said, we would certainly come back but hope the owner chooses to replace soon.

Amazing location, very comfortable and clean.

Initially I was searching for a hotel for my 4 days at Breckenridge. Then I realized that was making much more sense to get a studio / apartment / room during my days because of the comfort of doing things at home (such as meals: breakfast, and dinner), great location just a couple of steps from the main gondola (this was one of the best things), and the comfort of being in a place, not in a hotel room. The only thing that we suffered a little bit was the dry warm air which made us to open a little bit of the windows so we could get a little fresh air. Besides of this issue, everything was perfect - we really loved it!

No Laundry or real AC in unit

We booked this unit to have laundry and AC. The laundry is coin op shared in the facility not in the unit. The listing should not say washer and dryer, by the way good luck getting quarters in Breck. The AC is a portable unit in dining area, no way to cool the bedroom. The bedroom window opens to parking area so if you want to try and leave it open to sleep it’s not an option. The listing should state these issues.

Great Location for Skiing and enjoying the Breck

Great Location...Sub 5 Min walk to Gondola and anywhere in town is a 10-15 MIN walk at the most. The Unit has been recently renovated, very clean, great working order. It is a smaller unit, so perfect for a couple, or two couples if one doesn't mind sleeping on the pull out, or a small family of 3-4. 4 people would be tight here. Debbie was a delight to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. The only negative about this place is out of the owner's control I think, but the walls are thin. I could here the people above me walking around in the middle of the night. Woke me up once or twice. Small issue though for an outstanding unit.

Cozy Condo

Our overall experience at the condo was great. The location was perfect. It was only about a 5 minute walk to Main Street and a little further to the lifts. The condo had everything we needed and had a great view of Breckinridge ski slopes. My only complaint is that we were extremely hot at night and had a hard time sleeping. The heat was down, but there was no fan in the bedroom to circulate the air. There was a tiny fan in the closet that we tried a few nights but the noise drove me crazy. We ended up sleeping with the window open the last two nights and that helped. It was the perfect size for my husband and I, but would be tight with any more people. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Be careful

Stayed in Breck recently. Couldn't get in, the person I had contact with didn't answer the phone and when she did she said she "Couldn't get over that evening". Ok. It had a "typical lock box" which I'm not familiar with. She never came, she texted me twice and I did not return her texts (no reason to). The "apartment" was just ok, the toaster didn't work, the coffee pot was very inexpensive, no toilet paper (until i looked around) area on the windows were dirty, there wasn't any outdoor seating, the "apartment" was only moderately ok.

Very clean, quiet, walkable to Gondola/everything else

I've stayed a few times at Val D' Isere over the years and this unit is the newest by far, and extremely clean throughout. No neighbor noise adjacent or above during my stay. There are steps down the back that now provide a shortcut to main street (handrail use advised, as it can fill in with snow). Temperature control easy/accurate. I think it is functionally quite spacious and well lit for the stated square feet. Tolerable 10 minute walk in ski boots to/from Gondola; about as close as you can get and still have peace and quiet in the evening. When traffic gums Breckenridge roads/buses to a standstill, you can walk home while those farther away shiver in the cold waiting. Reasonable walk to City Market/Windy River Pizza, several equipment rental/repairs, brewpubs, enough restaurants. Taken together, this particular rental does not require either a rental vehicle or a bus to enjoy. Beyond having to wait a few minutes for shower/sink water to warm on the coldest neg -10 days, and a bit of whistling under the front door (which is mitigated by a rolled towel) on windy days; there are no unusuals at this rental. If you need ice, turn on the fridge icemaker (don't need to leave it on whole trip). Highly recommended for 1-2 occupants. Can entertain more.

This property was just right for my wife and I. The location to main street and restaurants and the Gondola was perfect. We walked everywhere. The condo was clean and well equipped and the check in process was seemless. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute place to stay for 2 people anything more than 2 might be a little cramped. The location was perfect and was within walking distance to so much. Description of property was on point. There is an air conditioner but only for the main room. Opening windows and the ceiling fan did help. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a few step to the town of Breckenridge.

Had a wonderful time. Just being able to walk to the town was great. The condo did have everything that you needed for the kitchen. We did make many of our meals at the condo. The portable air conditioner kept the main room very cool, but the bedroom was a little hotter than I would have liked. We did use the fan to blow the cold air back to the bedroom. I will visit and stay again for sure.

Great location!Very responsive host!Well furnished & stocked kitchen!Nice bathroom! Comfortable bed!Provided a 4 rating instead of a 5 because I asked ahead of time if the unit had air-conditioning. It does, but it really only services the living room and this was not disclosed. It’s a freestanding unit that vents through the front window. It definitely keeps the living room cool, but the bedroom is quite warm on summer days. One of my family members has health issues and cannot tolerate heat well so this was a bit challenging. Adding another freestanding unit to the bedroom would solve the issue. Otherwise, great Property!

Great place to stay for a few days

The place was spotless and comfortable. The apartment is extremely well-equipped and has everything you need in the bathroom or kitchen. We were 3 adults in the apartment so we were a little squeezed with the sofa bed opened. It doesn't really matter when your first goal is to leave early and ski as much as you can. Debbie is very responsive and communicates very well. The location is very convenient: less than 10' walk to Gondola 8. The main street is 5' away. You should know you keep your ski material in the place as there is no ski locker.
