Residential area, quiet and sunny. Building facing south, surrounded by a pine garden. Consisting of ground floor and two floors. There are only 9 neighbors. Beaches at 200 m., 50 m coves. , Very near the harbor, shops and good restaurants.
Apartment on the 1st. floor, with partial views of the sea and mountains. Living space 70 m2., Terrace 12 m2. Capacity for 5 people. It is large, comfortable, and totally team. It has 4 rooms, of which: dining room, lounge with fireplace, sofa, color TV (TNT, all French channels) and Satellite Astra
A double bedroom, a twin bedroom with matching wardrobes, there is also a leaflet reads. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. The bathroom is quite complete. There is a small area for washing machine and a small bathroom.
All rooms are spacious and bright with views outside. Heating and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a garden that is communal

Apartment am Meer

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Llanca. Die Wohnung liegt wundervoll ruhig, zwischen Pinienbäumen, was wir gleich genutzt haben, um die Kerne zu sammeln und zu knacken. :) Unsere Kinder haben die vielen Strände geliebt, auch zum Hafen und zu Spielplätzen, zum Küstenweg, zum Bäcker etc. hat man es nicht weit. Alles ist super fußläufig zu erreichen! Vom Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen tollen Blick auf‘s Meer, zur Mittagszeit könnte hier ein Sonnenschirm nicht schaden :). Wir haben unseren Strandschirm angebracht, aber bei der großen Terrasse wäre ein Schirm vielleicht eine Idee für die Zukunft?! Das Apartment verfügte über die nötigste Ausstattung, leider ist diese teilweise etwas abgewohnt und ungepflegt. Im Bad haben wir an der Duschkabinenwand Schimmel vorgefunden und auch die Böden waren bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Es gab keinen Staubsauger, um die Wohnung zu säubern, nur einen Besen (und Wischer). Es war sehr schwierig die Temperatur zum Duschen einzustellen (Boiler), was das Duschen (und gleichzeitig im Bad am Wasserhahn drehen) zur Herausforderung machte. Bettwäsche (es gab Laken und ein dünnes Tuch zum Zudecken, kein Bettbezug wie man es z.B. in Deutschland kennt), Handtücher und WLAN müssen extra gezahlt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, geben gerne Tipps zur Gegend etc. Vielen Dank! Die Costa Brava besuchen wir sicher wieder!

Je pense avoir trouvé mon coin de paradis ! Llançà est un endroit où la nature est préservée, une successions de petites des criques qui ont permis de bien recharger les batteries ! Quant à l'appartement, rien à redire ! Et enfin un grand merci à Miquel et sa femme, nos super hôtes, pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance ! Cómodo y tranquilo

Un apartamento cómodo, con todo lo necesario, en una zona tranquila de Llançà, con una terraza con vistas al mar y la Serra de Rodes, que aprovechamos sobretodo en el desayuno y cena. Valoramos la buena ubicación, en la urbanización de Carboneras, cerca del Port de Llançà y de calas bonitas y familiares, donde disfrutar del mar (playa, snorkel…). Puedes olvidarte del coche, ya que puedes acceder caminando a todas estas calas, al pueblo, etc. Se encuentra cerca de un bonito camino de ronda. Miquel, el anfitrión, fue muy amable en el trato. Muy recomendable, sobretodo si buscas tranquilidad a la vez que estás bien comunicado.

Schöne Zeit in LLanca

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit großem geschützten Balkon . Ruhig und trotzdem sehr nah am Ort. Da wir mit dem Zug gekommen sind, hat der sehr freundliche Gastgeber uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist schön und...

Die Wohnung ist schön und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hat viel Platz und das Schönste ist der schattige Balkon! Es gibt viele kleine Buchten direkt in der Nähe, und die großen Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto in gut einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Llanca ist ein eher ruhiger Ort mit vielen spanischen und französischen Touristen. Mit Englisch (oder gar Deutsch) geht hier gar nichts! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind wg. Stau ab Perpignan an der Küste entlang gefahren, das ging super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Empfehlenswert

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit Blick direkt auf das Meer und mit kurzem Weg zum Baden. Alles war sauber, wohnlich und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Zimmer und der Ausblick sind wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Miquel ist sehr nett und hat sich nach Kräften bemüht mit uns sehr gut Deutsch zu sprechen, als wir ankamen. Der Chek in verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Es gibt nur 2 Kleinigkeiten, die ich zu bemängeln habe: 1. die Ungenauigkeit der finanziellen Angaben hier bei fewo. Leider ist hier im Inserat nicht angegeben, dass man 15 Euro für das W-Lan extra bezahlen muss. Ebenso 15 Euro/Person für das Wäschepaket (Bettbezüge und Handtücher) pro Woche, wenn man das wünscht. Außerdem ist der Strom begrenzt auf 30 kw/Woche. Danach kostet es 42 Cent/kwh. All diese Informationen haben wir erst eine Woche vor der Reise vom Vermieter bekommen. Auf seiner eigenen HP zur Wohnung ist das alles vermerkt, hier im Inserat leider nicht. Ich finde, das sollte dringend ergänzt werden. 2. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern haben leider nicht sehr gut funktioniert. Die im Wohnzimmer war super. Wir waren nun zu einer Zeit (Anfang September) wo es in der Nacht ausgereicht hat, wenn man alle Fenster geöffnet hat. Da gab es einen guten Durchzug. Aber im Hochsommer glaube ich, dass das problematisch gewesen wäre. Wir hatten das zu Anfang direkt bemängelt und Miquel hat sich der Sache gleich angenommen. Für unseren Aufenthalt konnte leider keine Lösung gefunden werden (außer das mit den geöffneten Fenstern), ich hoffe das ist mittlerweile anders. Abgesehen von den zwei kleinen Mängeln war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt/Urlaub. :)

Séjour idéal entre mer et montagne

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans un cadre parfait pour ceux qui veulent profiter à la fois de la plage et des balades au bord de l'eau. Le chemin de ronde permet aussi de se rendre en ville sans utiliser la voiture. Llança est une petite ville où les commerces ne manquent pas. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et très à l'écoute des remarques de leurs hôtes. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 200m de la mer et 200m de la ville. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire. le logement est conforme aux photos et il n'y manque de rien. La grande terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas dehors en profitant d'une vue remarquable. C'est un appartement que nous recommanderions pour un couple avec deux enfants.La résidence est calme et l'on s'y sent en sécurité.

Séjour parfait et ideal

Location conforme à la description, idéalement située, une vue de la mer agréable , qui se trouve à 200 m, la voiture peut rester sur le parking durant tout le séjour, car tout se trouve à proximité, le joli port de Llanca, les bons restaurants, les plages, le chemin de la ronde pour les balades ou les footings pour les sportifs, courir tout le long du chemin de la ronde jusqu'à puerto de la Selva puis revenir à Llança, parcours magnifique avec la mer à côté pendant 14 km. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. De très bons conseils de visites nous ont été donné. Nous y reviendrons forcément, très gros coup de coeur pour cet endroit magnifique.et cet appartement bien exposé et décoré avec goût.

Perfecte!

Hem estat la primera setmana d'octubre la meva parella i jo, el lloc es ideal, super tranquil, les cales estan a 3 minuts caminant (hi ha el camí de ronda), i al port (on hi han restaurants i botigues) també si pot anar caminant, els propietaris son molt macos i ambles, t'ajuden amb tot.La veritat es que ens ha agradat molt Llançà , tornarem segur.

Très agréable appartement

Tres agréable appartement dans un quartier calme de Llança. Appartement tres propre et fonctionnel pour les vacances. Cuisine très bien équipée. La plage est à proximité (à peine 10 mn à pied) et le centre ville également. Pour les sportifs qui veulent s'initier au trail, beau parcours le long de la cote. Merci aux propriétaires, Agnes et André, qui nous ont été présent à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Je recommande vivement cette appartement pour ceux qui veulent passer un moment agréable et tranquille à Llança. Sylvain, Gabriel et Benoit

Entspannung pur…!!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett, vollständig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Super Ausblick auf die Bucht und in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen. Wir wurden hervorragend während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes betreut und werden ganz sicherlich dort wieder buchen.

Bel appartement équipé et vue superbe à Llança !

Pour la 2ème fois nous revenons voir Agnès et Andres à Llança. Cette année ils nous ont proposé leur appartement Carbonéres 1 sur les hauteurs de Llança. Nous tenons à leur faire part de notre entière satisfaction et à les remercier pour leur excellent accueil. L’appartement est très bien situé puisque l’on peut aller au centre de Llança ou sur les plages de Carboneres ou de la Farella par le chemin de Ronde, à pieds. Mais surtout la situation de l’immeuble nous permet de rester au calme sans le bruit du centre ville. L' appartements est très bien rénové : peinture neuve, fenêtres en double vitrage donnant une parfaite isolation thermique et phonique… Une salle de bain également rénovée et un cabinet de toilette complémentaire sont très appréciables. L’appartement est parfaitement bien équipé et l’on reçoit toutes les chaines de TV françaises pour ceux qui veulent rester informés… La propreté est irréprochable tout comme la literie tout à fait confortable. De la jolie terrasse où l’on peut déjeuner à 5 ou 6 personnes nous avons également apprécié la très belle vue sur les Pyrénées et sur un coin de mer. Vivement l’année prochaine où nous aurons le plaisir de retrouver Agnes et Andres . Nous recommandons à tous cet appartement qui est conforme aux photos ! Bien amicalement. Tres agréable et bien placé
