the apartment is ideally located 200m from the beach 'la Farella' and 600m from the port of Llançà. The shops are also nearby.

Sufficiently spacious (75m2), it has a beautiful terrace (30m2) with a beautiful view.

It is characterized by two bedrooms of good size, quality bedding, plenty of storage space, a garage and comfortable sanitary.

Nice place with a view

The apartment is situated on a hillside with nice view of the two main bays. The apartment has a very good standard and was well equipped. One room with a double bed and one room with a two level bed. The lower has a broader bed than the top one. The landlord Alexandre is very helpful a so is Ivana the lady looking after the apartment. All in all it was a nice place to stay in for us. We were three adult persons. Recommends it.

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut eingerichtet und entsprach genau der angegebenen Beschreibung.

Sehr schön eingerichtete moderne Wohnung. Es stand sogar ein Motorroller und ein Mehhrgang-Fahrrad in der abschliessbaren Garage zu Verfügung (Was wir allerdings aufgrund unseres Alters nicht genutzt haben). Der Empfang war trotz Sprachbarrieren nett und freundlich.

Nous avons passé, mes petits enfants et moi un merveilleux séjour. L’endroit est très beau. L’Appartement est très bien placé, vue mer, proche de tout à pieds, très très bien équipé, il n’y manque rien. Il est très propre, la literie est de bonne qualité, tout est récent . L’accueil est très bon et la communication avec les propriétaires faciles et réactives. Je les les remercie pour tout. Et je recommande les yeux fermés cet appartement.

Toller Blick und super Ausstattung

Hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung (vor allem die Küche) mit großzügigem Platzangebot. Highlight ist der große, sich über zwei Seiten erstreckende Balkon mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht.

La ville de Llança possède des plages agréables, dans un esprit familial. L'appartement est très bien agencé dans une rue calme. Comme il a fait froid, le chauffage du salon nous a bien manqué.

Beau séjour à Llança.

Bel appartement, vue mer magnifique. Très propre, super equipé. Calme , plage 5mn à pied. Proprietaire sympathique et à l’ écoute des locataires. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour. Nous prévoyons revenir.

Eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung, die leicht erhöht liegt, so dass man einen guten Blick auf die Buchten von Llanca hat. In der Wohnung war alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub vorhanden. Alles war ziemlich neu renoviert und in einem sauberen Zustand. Absolut empfehlenswert und auch von der Lage eine Empfehlung. Figueras, Cadaques, Rosas etc. in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern eine Woche in Llanca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr saubere, helle Wohnung mit wunderschönem Meerblick! Balkon: sehr groß, an zwei Seiten, dadurch Entspannen in Sonne oder Schatten möglich Wohnzimmer: überall Jalousien, so dass es in der Wohnung kühl blieb. großer Tisch, Sofa, alles OK Küche: gute Ausstattung, alles ist da. 4-flammiger Gasherd und Ofen Bad: getrennt Dusche und WC, was für unsere Familie sehr wichtig war. Wasserdruck etwas gering. Schlafzimmer "Eltern": tip top. Schlafzimmer "Kinder": Etagenbett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung, hat aber unsere Kinder wenig gestört. Dazu ein Einzelbett. Es gibt eine Garage. Diese ist aber für ein normal großes Auto (wir hatten einen Opel Zafira) zu kurz, so dass die Tür offen bleiben muss. Der Platz ist aber trotzdem wichtig, da sonst kein Parkplatz zu finden ist. Zum Bäcker 10 min. ins Dorf, Hafen und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt: sehr empfehlenswert!

Merci pour cette belle appréciation! En ce qui concerne la pression de l'eau, celle-ci n'est pas très élevée. Ceci contribue involontairement à éviter les gaspillages car l'eau est rare en Catalogne. Toutefois, nous prévoyons de faire remplacer les conduites principales en vue de d'améliorer cela dans la mesure du possible Pour le lit superposé, effectivement, c'est un lit métallique très sécurisant mais avec le désavantage de faire parfois un peu de bruit. Nous avons privilégier la sécurité des enfants. Vielen Dank für diese große Anerkennung! In Bezug auf den Druck des Wassers, ist diese nicht sehr hoch. Dies hilft unbeabsichtigt Abfall zu vermeiden, weil das Wasser knapp in Katalonien ist. Allerdings wollen wir die watermains ersetzen sie so weit wie möglich zu verbessern, Für das Etagenbett , ist eigentlich, es ist ein sehr sicheres Metallbett , aber mit dem Nachteil, manchmal ein wenig Lärm. Wir priorisieren die Sicherheit der Kinder.

Belle situation et garage privé

Appartement bien équipé, agréable, propre et décoré avec goût. Belle terrasse dommage qu'il manque 2 chaises longues confortables. Vélo pliant à disposition bien pratique pour le pain du matin. Très belle plage à 5 min à pied. Centre ville à 15 min. Vu la configuration des lieux le garage privé (même si trop court pour pouvoir fermer la porte avec une berline) est très appréciable. 2 volées d'escaliers entre le garage et l'appart. Wifi performant. Propriétaire sympa.

The flat lives up to the description.

This was our second holiday in Alexandre's flat and again, it was very clean on our arrival. The accomodation is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. It is ideally situated for the beach,in a quiet street with really friendly neighbours. The internet access is a boon for us, as we can keep in touch with family and listen to British radio. A louer sans hésitation

Deuxième année de location et toujours aussi enchanté par l'appartement et ses prestations haut de gamme : ustensiles de cuisine, internet, air conditionné, literie de qualité, écran TV LCD avec prise HDMI, orientation Est qui rend la terrasse très agréable en après-midi et soirée, coin tranquille et voisins sympathiques, garage. Location d'une propreté parfaite à l'arrivée, conseils du propriétaire nombreux et avisés. A recommander.

Excellent flat in family-friendly Llançà.

The flat was very clean on our arrival and is very well maintained and equipped and fully lived up to its description on the website; the internet access is a big advantage. The owner gave us advice on the heating and other equipment in the flat, also recommendations for restaurants and hotels with swimming pools and other local attractions. We had mixed weather but this did not spoil our holiday as there are many places of interest nearby: there is a very good train service to Figueres, Girona and Barcelona. Visiting Perelada to see the storks and their babies was delightful. If you don't want to spend all your time on the beach you can have lunch at La Plaça in Gariguella and swim in their pool, also the pool at the Gri Mar Hotel in Llancà. We loved the restaurant Pati Blanc in Llançà. Besalù is an interesting place to visit and our favourite restaurant there is the Curea Real. Certainly, I would recommend this property to a friend. Très bon séjour, appartement offrant toutes les prestations décrites, literies parfaites pas mal au dos, superbe douche, très propre et propriétaire très sympathique. Je ne regrette pas la location de notre séjour, distance annoncée par le propriétaire exact on s'est très peu servi de la voiture ce qui est un avantage en vacances. Je recommande cette location.

We go Llança long. Personally I found Llança with my parents in 1975! This small village is still a family holiday destination away from mass tourism. We especially appreciate the unspoiled nature with its many opportunities for family trips in a region that has kept its original appearance at the foot of the Pyrenees. Llança is a popular destination for lovers to discover exceptions. Some landscapes are reminiscent of Corsica.

Why they chose this property

All back in 1975 when my parents discovered the region. Fifteen years later, the vagaries of life have been selling. We wanted to give our daughter a heritage but also a place of exceptional holiday. In 2010, we found this apartment ideally located. A few months later, we began a major renovation to provide all the modern comforts that one can expect from a holiday apartment. Anecdote: it is the same architect as the apartment of my parents who signed the plans ....

What makes this property unique

We wanted to create a space here for well-being. Far from the stereotypical clichés, this apartment is simply furnished, relatively neutral (thank you IKEA) so as not to offend. Exceptional views and location convinced us. Here you will enjoy a location 'at home'. Nothing is missing at the equipment. It is this level of quality of life that we enjoy and we want to share with you so that your vacation remains a unique moment to share.
