The house met all of our needs. We were supposed to be coming to Memphis in April for a concert. Due to Covid it was rescheduled for August and Patricia was accommodating to reschedule the dates for us. One downside is this one is non-refundable. Our concert wound up being canceled, but we did enjoy our trip to Memphis anyway. You can tell that a lot of work has been done to this house. As some of the others have commented, the neighborhood is a little run down, but I don't think it is bad. The neighbors were very friendly. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathroom towels, pillows, etc. The kitchen was nice - it had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, flatware, etc. It could have used a few more cooking utensils. The kitchen had a gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, and a drip coffee pot. Luckily, there were coffee grounds provided because I forgot to pack coffee. There was even a high chair and pack in play provided, which was much appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay here again if I were to return to Memphis.
