Really nice cottage in midtown. Lots it stores restaurants, pharmacy’s , fuel stations like all of the things you wld need within a mile. Walking distance. Comfy spot.

The cottage was perfect for my Dad and I. The bedrooms are super cosy. The livingroom was perfect for my Dad to watch TV at night and the kitchen was spotlessly clean.

Wonderful House

The house was comfortable and spacious. The location is great; easy walk to Overton Square, very close to Cooper Young, and also an easy drive downtown. Would stay again.

We came into town for a soccer tournament and the red door footage was very convenient. The house is lovely and in a nice location to walk about. Whatever you fancy you will find you are not to far from. The outlander coffee is then a 10 minute walk and makes a nice latte .

The cottage was in an excellent location, clean and well appointed. We were aware we shared parking areas with the tenant on location but unaware we shared laundry facilities until I asked the day before weleft. The laundry facility was in use by the tenant most of the weekend. I just think the description could be more precise in that regard.

Memphis trip

Location was close to the majority of the places we were in town to visit. Great local restaurants. The property has excellent parking snd we had no issues with the layout. Comfortable and had plenty of space for our needs.
