T2 city center with parking and quiet

This charming duplex of 50 m² has been completely renovated. It is located on the 3rd and last floor of a residence with lift and secure private parking, asset far from negligible in a city where parking spaces are very coveted.
Very quiet and bright, with windows overlooking courtyard.

It is very comfortable and functional, it feels like a cocoon.
All facilities are: fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washer dryer.
A living room with HD TV and internet (wifi), sofa bed leather "comfort bed" in 160, a room upstairs with bed 160 with quality bedding. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Offices. Separate WC.

This apartment is ideal for two, but can accommodate four people (maximum), with the sofa bed, but probably a little narrow at 4 for meals: there is no kitchen table, just a tablet with 3 bar stools, as an extension of the kitchen. If necessary, a camping table for 4 is available.

The apartment is very well located in the center of Quimper, in a popular area, opposite the Cornouaille theater, 1 minute walk from the pedestrian center.
Once your car is parked in its dedicated place, you can do everything on foot: shopping, restaurant, visits, cinema, theater, etc.

Stadtwohnung mitten in der Bretagne

Nette Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen mit allem, was man braucht. Ruhige Wohnanlage. Parkplatz ist in der geschlossenen Anlage des Wohnhauses. Gute Lage für verschiedene Unternehmungen (Strände, Städte, Wanderungen). Neben dem Wohnhaus gute Restaurants (Creperie und Zorba Kebab zu empfehlen). Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat sich immer um alles gekümmert. Für den Schlafbereich unter dem Dach wäre bei anhaltender Hitze vielleicht eine Klimaanlage empfehlenswert (Ventilator ist vorhanden).

Schöne zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Das Zentrum von Quimper war von der Wohnung aus in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen, Läden, Restaurants und andere Gastronomie war in der Nähe, ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Kurz: auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Fantastic and comfortable apartment for a holiday break

We stayed at the apartment for a few nights for a holiday break in the charming and beautiful town of Quimper. The accommodation was just as described and shown on the website and was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and all bed linen and towels were supplied. Communication with the owner was always extremely pleasant and speedy and the check-in and out process was very simple. All in all, we had a tremendous stay and would recommend this apartment for a couple without hesitation.

chouette appartement pour un séjour idéal

le duplex est très bien placé en ville le parking est difficile d'accès mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ; il nécessite quelques manoeuvres, excellent exercice pour la vue, la synchronisation des mouvements, etc. appartement vraiment très cosy avec installation appareils électriques haut de gamme (plaques à induction, four...) un peu déconcertants au début mais Karine est disponible au téléphone et très patiente ! J'espère y revenir !!!

Léger regret : l'odeur de graillon venant de la cuisine du grec en dessous nous oblige à fermer toutes les fenêtres parce qu'elles donnent sur le même côté mais on peut ouvrir à partir de 22h-22h30. Je loue depuis plus de 15 ans sur Abritel et c'est la 1ère fois qu'un propriétaire laisse des consommables pour un premier repas, premier petit-déjeuner (habituellement l'appartement est VIDE). Meraviglioso soggiorno a Quimper

Appartamentino molto curato e ben equipaggiato. La descrizione fatta dal proprietario corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. Situato in zona centrale,è molto comodo per visitare la città. In casa si può trovare di tutto anche per mangiare, nel caso non si abbia tempo di fare spese, basta lasciare un contributo definito dalla proprietaria. Consigliato!

sehr hübsche Wohnung. Bäckerei am Eck fürs Frühstück. In 5 Minuten in der Altstadt. Unser Problem: nur 1( breites) Bett mit 1 Decke. Ungewohnt für uns. Frau Zeisler war nicht da, aber die Beschreibung zur Wohnung und den Schlüsseln ist perfekt. Wir waren essen im "Chez Max", Maison Max. Sehr individuell und gut. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigung Finistère, Locronan, wenn man das Navi richtig einstellt.

En week-end à Quimper

Pas l'occasion de partir en vacances cette année, du coup nous nous sommes fait un week-end découverte de Quimper. Nous sommes tombés sur ce joli duplex très accueillant et bien équipé près du centre-ville (pratique pour aller manger une galette le soir) et relativement calme. La propriétaire très serviable et attentionnée nous a guidé pendant ce week-end. Pas de mauvaise surprise et photos tout à fait raccords avec la réalité !

City Studio in Quimper

Das Studio ist direkt in der Innenstadt von Quimper . Das Studio ist Perfekt ausgestattet um einige Tage dort zu verbringen. Es ist sauber und ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz war auch noch vorhanden was es sehr erleichtert an das Objekt zu gelangen.

Duplex con mucho encanto en pleno centro de Quimper. Está decorado con todos los detalles y posee todo lo necesario para pasar unos magnificos días. La dueña es muy agradable y ofrece toda la información que solicites. Tiene la nevera llena, de la que puedes coger lo que necesites a un modico precio ofreciemdo las primeras consumiciones y el desayuno gratis. La cama es muy comoda.
