L'appartement était très bien équipé, on a pu utiliser la machine à laver commune sans problème, et il est super bien placé : au centre ville mais sans bruit qui dérange.Le seul quand même gros bémol est pour le lit, comme dit plus haut mais aucune modification n'a été faite, il y a un trou dans le matelas d'un côté, ce qui empêche de bien dormir.

L’appartement est situé en zone piétonne, du coup il est très calme, aucun bruit la nuit ni dans la montée ni dans la rue. Il est tout neuf, l’immeuble est récemment rénové, l’appartement est bien équipé, sécurisé, très propre, tout le nécessaire est à disposition.Il est très proche des restaurants, un Monoprix et un Carrefour City sont à quelques dizaines de mètres ce qui est très commode pour les courses. Quimper et à quinze kilomètres des plages, c’est une très jolie ville au centre d’un patrimoine important.Le stationnement est facile et à proximité.Tristan est très disponible.On reviendraCarole et Jean-Pierre

Cette location est presque parfaite à condition de pouvoir y dormir ! Le" matelas "est en fait un bloc de ressorts peu epais et usagé, recouvert d'une fine mousse de protection et enfilé dans une housse ! Ce n'est pas moelleux, c'est dur !! Chacun appréciera !
