Small house of 60 m², on the ground floor, a pleasant living room opening onto the south-facing terrace and garden, for lunch or enjoying lazing on the deckchairs.
Upstairs, the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed, the other with 2 single beds; they are oriented to the south with a distant view of the island of Groix.
The village of Quéhello-Congard, is located in a small corner of greenery 1.7 km from the beach, near the nautical center of Kerguelen (where sailing, diving, kayaking, and water walking are possible), as well as riding stable.
