Convention Center and Riverfront 5 blocks away. Mardi Gras Museum 3 blocks. Very comfortable home with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Updated baths with claw foot tub and showers. 2 full baths upstairs and 1new walk in shower bath downstairs Brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. New 5 burner gas stove too if you love to cook. Large dining room that seats 6. Off street parking for 3 cars. Nice backyard patio with grill. 12' ceilings and heart pine floors. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NO PETS POLICY

Perfect location!

Traveling on a business trip to the Mobile Civic Center, the house was a 3 minute walk which was perfect for our event. Plenty of room and comfortable beds.

Very roomy older construction so cooking smell the entire that's fine I grew up in a similar construction home , bed rooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated close location to beach in driving distance ....great for a family . Nice quiet area plenty of eating and downtown life. No complaints

Lovely Stay

Lovely stay as last year. Highly recommend. The acoustics are quite nice in the dining room for wind playing or a sing along. My kids all brought their instruments to play for their grandparents this time.

Wedding party

I was getting married this past weekend so me along with my groomsmen stayed here. It was very spacious and the back yard was just big enough to play some yard games. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone.

The house was walkable to all things Downtown. The host had things for guests that I've never seen in another unit. Room for everyone. Everything was really nice, we enjoyed our stay.

Guys RTJ Golf Trip

Was a great location for a guy’s golf trip. 4 beds and room to spread out. Easy drive to Magnolia Grove and then we headed over to Lakewood Golf for the other RTJ Trail course. Easy walk downtown for dining/drinks. Great stay! As advertised. Thanks!

Convenient location close to everything downtown. Pros: space to spread out, tankless hot water heater, walkable location. Cons: could use a good deep cleaning (window sills, baseboards, blinds were coated with dust/debris, shower curtain had mold), door lock was a hassle to operate, musty smell due to age of house, A/C couldn’t keep up with Mobile heat. I was excited to see bicycles available for use but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I realized both bikes had flat tires.

Great location for downtown activities.

The house was much larger inside than it appeared in the listing. Lots of room for all of us. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the master bedroom was, even when most of other guests were downstairs. The neighborhood was also very quiet. Loved being able to walk to so many places from the house. Dauphin street easily accessible from the house, and we felt comfortable walking at night too.

Nice place near downtown

Traveling with a large family. This older home had everything we needed. Cozy place with comfortable beds. Easily fit our family of eight. We were in town for a cruise. Home was right down the street from the cruise port. Also close to the historic downtown area. Nice restaurants and night life close by. Pleasant, responsive owner. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a larger group.

Spacious home in a great location

The home slept 8 comfortably, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms had been renovated very nicely. The whole house was spotless. The living room furniture could use updating, not very comfortable seating but we weren’t home that much. Driveway is very narrow at entry point, a bit tricky going in and out. We had two smaller SUV’s, not sure how a bigger car would fit. It’s a wonderful location, easy walk to a nearby grocery, shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!
