Palm Oasis Villa West is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground level condo that is walking distance to pristine Gulf beaches. This duplex villa has lush tropical landscaping and the heated shared pool is surrounded by a privacy fence. It is located in a quiet and desirable part of the island. Relax in the chaise loungers before you fire up your own BBQ grill for your favorite grill specials. Each unit has its own private back yard with a 6 person dining table and grill. There is plenty of brick paver deck space to soak up the Florida sunshine! This property can be rented together with its neighboring Villa East property VRBO 1411133 to serve as a family retreat, providing a level of privacy that a single-family home does not offer. Also, this is a perfect Villa duplex for in-laws or grandparents.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and one has a pullout trundle bed. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The trundle is recommended for a child.

This home is centrally located on Anna Maria Island. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, free trolley stop and of course the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Kitchen had all the staples needed for cooking and fridge was huge. Location was amazing. Quiet in street off the main road with an easy walk to the beach. Pool was great too! Our week at this property was beyond relaxing. The pool was our oasis everyday. One block from the beautiful beach. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for the many fresh fish dinners we enjoyed. The only thing I can complain about is the mattress was not comfortable for me. We would come back to this property and hopefully bring some family or friends to rent the other half of the duplex.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the communication was easy and excellent. Great sun on the pool and super close to the beach! We used the wagon daily!! The king bed was pretty firm, and some of the towels could stand to be updated but overall it was a great value for the price point. It would be fun to rent both sides with friends! Oh and the kitchen was well stocked and even had coffee filters and salt/pepper! So many rentals don’t come with those basics so we were pleasantly surprised!

Jonsie was great to work with! She always responded right away when we had questions! The house was great! Kitchen was well stocked! It was nice to have a selection of beach chairs, an umbrella, the wagon, etc. The pool was very nice! Love the saltwater! We really enjoyed having the picnic table and lounges on the front patio. Love that it’s so close to the beach!

We had a great stay! The house is a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach with soft sand and calm water, which was perfect for our 4 year old son.The host was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. The pool area is awesome! There were pool and beach toys for us to use along with a wagon to bring supplies to the beach. I highly recommended staying here!

The beautifully decorated and comfortable home was very nice. The yard and pool were perfect. The brand new grill was unexpected. All beach chairs, wagons, toys were available. Brand new washer and dryer. Private backyard backed up to a 1920’s estate. No high rises looking down on you. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Minutes to walk to the beach. 5-10 minute walk. Close to everything you need. We loved it. It had everything you might need for a great time. Thanks for not disappointing.

Beautiful house and pool. We had a great time and the kids loved being so close to the ocean. The house is nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach and only a 5 min gold cart ride to either end of the island. Great stay and will book again.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars cause 5 just doesnt feel right. From the moment we arrived to the day we left it felt like home away from home. Its in a wonderful location and just steps away from the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean. The host Jonsie was so responsive and friendly. We will be back here for sure!!!

Great stay. Everything I needed in the house was there. Pool is saltwater which is excellent. Beautiful pool. Owner answered right away. Was very attentive & nice. Cleaning lady was rude, overbearing and at the property several days hanging out during my stay. Very uncomfortable. Washing machine doesn’t work well. Sometimes the kitchen water doesn’t replenish. Other than that overall a good stay.

What makes this property unique

We (the owners) live here part-time. Most of the island is managed by big corps whose investors will never see - let alone sleep - in the beds they hawk. You get OUR home. Our family dug in those palm trees, and tend to those lime trees. We walk the same stretch of beach, and watch the same sunset, as you. And we love it.
