The covered parking space is included — a practical advantage in a complex where parking is limited. The stack washer and dryer inside the unit handles the week's beach clothes without shared laundry coordination.

The kitchen was renovated with all-new cabinetry and is fully equipped for meals at home. Two bedrooms sleep four. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
