This 2400 sq ft new construction home built in 2018 boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This home offers a distinctively chic and contemporary vibe with playful architectural nuances. Inside, fresh details abound with angled walls, oversized kitchen islands, stainless appliances, sleek cabinets and high ceilings.

Main floor family room has brand new Arhaus furniture set (couch and chair) and CB2 rocking chair to sink into after a lively day in the mountains. Enjoy a 65”flat screen TV, which has deluxe cable package and log into your streaming apps. High speed WiFi is included throughout the home.

Primary Bedroom Suite on main floor has a King TempurPedic bed and dedicated en-suite full bathroom with accessible step-in shower walk. Enjoy streaming apps via the smart TV mounted in the corner of bedroom.

Second bathroom on main level has a shower & tub (ideal for small children) for a large group to spread out on main level.

Main floor second bedroom has a sectional that extends into a queen bed. This room doubles as a den/office with desk/chair and printer.

There are two spacious bedrooms in basement. Inviting french doors open to a primary bedroom which has a TempurPedic queen bed, smart TV and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Fourth bedroom in basement has two twin memory foam beds ideal for unrelated guests or children.

A spacious family room in basement is ready for you to spread out in a comfortable sectional and oversized chair and ottoman with a 55 inch flat screen smart TV equipped with streaming apps. Bonus game table with games, puzzles and toys allows for a big group to spread out in the great room.

Excellent Property and Hosts

We had a wonderful experience staying here while in town for my son’s surgery. The host's communication was excellent from start to finish—they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during a stressful time. The house was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Softball trip

We came to Denver for the Triple Crown softball tournament. This house was perfect! 5 people had plenty of room and the hosts were great. If we play again next year I’ll try to book this same property!!

I was blown away with the newness and cleanliness of Blake’s house. He is very caring about his guests and went out of his way to make our vacation the best possible. We went to shows at Dicks Sporting Goods Park and it was very convenient with tons to do right around

Great place, great hosr, perfect for low stress Denver trip.

The house was perfect. I was on a trip from Singapore and met with my parents and the famuly stayed together. The house was well srocked with basics and was great for kids (they tortured everyone woth the madlibs for hours). Location is pitstanding, close to shopping, multiple parts amd pools. Really close to Stanley Market which is a huge plus. Overall a greaf experience!

Stapleton Home

Pros:This home has a large basement recreation room. It is quite inviting. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed. Bathroom had plenty of space and decent shower. There is more space inside the house than you realize. It is a short walk away from several playgrounds. Cons: The owners had lots of personal food items in the kitchen and refrigerator. I had to clean that space before we could put our things away. Street parking only. We arrived after a big snow event and it was difficult to navigate the snow and make a spot to park.

Beautiful home! Just enough space for everyone. Denver is brighter in the morning than anticipated. Would be great to be able to block out any light in the master bedroom.

Comfortable, clean, family home in a safe neighborhood.

My husband, three kids and their grandpa comfortably stayed in this house while my daughter visited the children's hospital. Everything was clean, worked well, and was only a few minutes away from the hospital. It was also a short drive to the museum, aquarium, and restaurants. Great location with lots of parks within walking distance. The house was neat and tidy and nicely decorated. Great stay!

We needed a place close to the hospital. This was about 2 miles away in a fairly new neighborhood. The owner is great and very accommodating. The house is like new with a good layout. This is perhaps the best vrbo I have ever stayed at.

Winter vacation

The house was everything we hoped for and more. My wife and I stayed with our 7 year old for 7 nights and had an amazing time. Great location with easy access to airport, hwy and Shops and restaurants. We walked to multiple playgrounds. We enjoyed getting snowed in for two days with plenty of things to do in the house (basement game area) Great to spend time together or get a few minutes away to relax. Beds were comfortable Bathrooms clean Kitchen stocked with all appliances, utensils and updated. TVs worked and were user friendly. Nice neighbors and clean area. We’re already discussing returning during the summer. Worth the money if you like to stay in comfort and style.
