Tastefully renovated village house in Laroque des Alberes.

An old village house, renovated with taste. The house is in a quiet part of town but close to all services.
In the entrance you find a single bed in the room there is a double bed (180x200) in the living room on the 1st floor there is a sofa bed (160x200). From the floor you have great views of neighboring gardens to the sea. Bed linen, bathroom and cleaning included.
Under the house is a cellar, where you can park your bicycle, moped or other material.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Laroque des Alberes is a living village. It is authentically catalan, you will find 6 restaurants, some bars, all the necessary commodities and a very good atmosphere. From Laroque you will find plenty of touristical opportunities this lovely area has to offer (beach, mountains, culture, heritage, Spain...) without being bothere by mass tourism. You will feel at home in our home :)

What makes this property unique

Laroque is a lively village, the house however is situated in a calm part. You will find yourself in the green. The house has been tastely redecorated, without making any concessions to the necessary comfort (good beds, good bathroom, equipped kitchen). In the cellar under the house you can park your bicycles, hiking material, diving gear or other stuff.
