This elegant duplex townhome in the prestigious Mystic Creek community, located off popular Lake Shore Drive, is the perfect retreat. This home has a private hot tub in the covered lower level patio and an outdoor dining deck complete with a propane gas grill overlooking the green landscape. A covered front porch greets you as you enter the home. A beautiful open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stonework, and a large breakfast bar will delight any chef! Enjoy meals together around the expansive dining table that looks into the great room with a stone fireplace and flat screen TV. Gather around a crackling fire on the comfortable furniture as the wooded setting comes alive through the numerous windows. The lower level recreation room is complete with a lovely seating area, a bar table for drinks or playing cards, a treadmill, and pool, ping-pong, and foosball tables. First visit to the area - weather did not cooperate so didn’t get to do as many outdoor activities as planned. House has good indoor activities for all ages. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Too high fees

When we selected the property, the per night rate fit into our budget. After we had entered our credit card info, the total price jumped up exponentially. Buyer beware! Railey properties charge exorbitant service fees which are nonrefundable. We had turned down other properties and chose a Railey property because of its good price. The property was very nice, but for a 2 night stay for my family of 5, it was over xxxx, well over what we had intended to spend. We stayed at Mystic. Several of the entertainment amenities listed in the property were not working, and one of the bed frames broke as soon as one of us was about to lay on that bed. We were thankful that we did not get hurt. Overall, we have no complaints with the property except we wish we had known about the high fees. We will NOT stay at a Railey property again.

Place nice amenities sucked

Place was nice for being located just off the lake. However one bunk was held up with a couch cushion and top was missing slots , pool table, ping pong, and hot tub were all broke. Reality called us just before leaving to report the hot tub broken to us, said we would get reimbursement after we leave and have not heard from them a day since tried to call and email. Other than that the place was nice, loved having a restroom per bedroom.

Management unresponsive

I called them when we first arrived due to the hot tub was not working. I called them every day we were there. We got back two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a reimbursement or some kind of satisfaction. In addition to the hot tub, the treadmill was missing the key, most of the windows ( in our room at the top of the stairs at the back of the house at least) were broken and would not open, pool table unusable & ping pong net broken. I did get a call about a week after we got back from maintenance telling us to check the circuit breaker.
