One of nicer listings in Brigantine. 3 story custom built home in a great location in the heart of Brigantine. 4 nicely sized bedrooms each with its own bath and shower. First floor has bedroom, den, rear deck, washer/dryer as well as foyer. Open the door and leave your keys in this beautifully furnished town home. The third floor is amazing with lots of windows, open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen and front and rear decks for great views 2 blocks to the pristine Brigantine beach and 1.5 blocks to the Bay's public access point (bring your water equipment).
