Rent 1 unit or or both units. Each unit is :

Across the street from the beach. 'Sandy'strong; high and dry. This is a three(3) Story 2400 SF Town home that has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8). A bonus room on 1st floor. 2 1/2 baths and an outside shower. Central heat and air conditioning. Modern large eat in Kitchen with granite counter tops and tile floor.

First floor has large Family room with 'Big Screen' television. The sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed. This leads to the backyard.

Second floor features a 'Great Room' room that has a large 50' television and entertainment center with Sonos stereo system that leads outside to the balcony #1. A modern Kitchen with all appliances. 1/2 bath and oversized Laundry room. A new slider door.

The third floor features large master bedroom with cable television, walk in closet and full bath. In addition to two nice sized bedrooms another full bath and balcony #2. Bedroom number 2 has a new slider door leading the balcony. The door has internal mini blinds. New mattresses on the 3rd floor.

Backyard has a patio with furniture , an outside shower and gas barbecue.

Garage is equipped with a surf fishing rod, beach chairs, umbrella's, wagon, bikes. Garage refrigerator has an Ice maker.

close to beach, house and garage clean/well stocked and had everything we needed, outdoor shower and extra fridge in garage were great, owner friendly and responsive, upstairs AC could have worked better though- had a great stay!

Well maintained family beach house in a great location just steps away from the beach

My family (group of 7) and I really enjoyed staying at this beach house in Brigantine. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants , some little shops & a Wawa. The house came with plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon for your beach gear and 2 bikes. The homeowner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I Would definitely stay here again and plan to go back in the fall.

Great vacation house!

The house was great, close to the beach, and very clean. The owner was friendly and helpful. Bikes and foosball table were a nice amenity. We highly recommend!

Excellent beach condo in Brigantine!

Excellent beach condo with a great location and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and great amenities! Wayne is a fantastic host and great to work with! Can't wait to stay here in the future!

Brigantine Stay

Excellent property in a great location, close to the beach and a number of great restaurants, and easy to get to AC. Place was clean, had plenty of space for the whole group to hang out, and a great backyard patio as well. Ran into the host also, he was easy to get along with and helpful every step of the way.

Perfect location for beach relaxation

Location couldn’t be beat, cross the street and you’re at the ocean. It was perfect for our family to come and go to the beach throughout the day. The townhouse was clean and well maintained. Wayne was responsive and gave us good dining recommendations in very family-friendly Brigantine. The kids are already asking to go back!

Great place and location!

We had a wonderful time as always in Brigantine. This home was comfortable, loved the decks on both floors, the outdoor shower, the open living room and kitchen. It was so close to the beach and also to the smoothie store, the seafood takeout and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room that we could all have our own space or hangout together. Everyone was extremely happy staying here. It was perfect!

The place was very nice it was equipped with lots of kitchen utensils and it was nice size for a family of 5, and we loved the location it was rift across the street from the beach and less then a half mile to town. The owner was on top of things and very nice to deal with!

excellent location

The house was clean and steps from the beach. Lots of amenities (large TVs, central A/C, parking, bbq, games) and the outdoor shower was a plus. Nice working kitchen, especially the filtered water from the refrigerator. The only issue we had was that the house was not well stocked with hand soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent or condiments when prior houses I have rented were. If you stay here be sure to bring all that.

Happy New Years

We had a group of 7, we enjoyed the New Year Celebration in Atlantic City. This townhouse was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of space. We cooked meals in the user friendly kitchen and with stores within 3 blocks we never were to far from the ingredients we needed. The beach is across the street, enjoyed cold brisk morning walks. For those of you that haven't been to Brigantine, I would strongly encourage you to make the time to spend a vacation. Being from a small town, I felt very much at home and relaxed. We will be back this summer I hope.

It gets better every time we rent!!!

Our group once again have spent a summer vacation... 3rd summer in a row, plus multiple off-season Atlantic city and just party weekend oriented trips. Each year we are pleasantly surprised with the owners upgrades!!! New flooring, new TV's, new sectional, new whole house sound system, Fast WIFI, and the list continues to grow. We spent the last week of July in the house. We enjoyed having the church and WaWa within a block. The beach is great. The use of beach chairs, umbrellas, Wonder wheel to carry everything to the beach.... awesome and convenient. Location, convenience and overall value = great value!!!

A great stay in Brigantine!

We all (three generations) had a great time at Wayne's place! The location is hard to beat, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. A lot of beach houses advertise an "outdoor shower", but this house has an outdoor shower that is actually FUNCTIONAL enough to strip, shower, and soap before going inside. And it's just big enough for mom to go in there with the toddler! A win-win for the guests and property owner alike! Our only trouble was that the downstairs pullout sofa mattress was very stained, but I have faith that Wayne will remedy that, as he was not previously aware. The garage was a big plus and well-stocked with all the beach items you could need. Having an extra fridge doesn't hurt either! I hope this wasn't our last stay at this house (-:

School is out—long weekend!

We booked this house with another family to celebrate end of the school year/start of summer. Four adults and four kids stayed very comfortably in the home. The distance to the beach was perfect—and the owner is very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This condo was great for a nice beach get away. Wayne was a great host and helped us with knowing where the local spots were. There was plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

A perfect location

The proximity to the beach was perfect. The beach equipment and toys were greatly appreciated. Foosball in the garage and the outside shower were special treats for our children and grandchildren.

Great location

Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Nice sized rooms. For a retired person it was a lot of stairs. Wayne was great to work with and left us lots of extra beach equipment. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful stay

Great unit and convenient location. Clean and well maintained — everything worked, which is often not the case. Better stocked kitchen than any rental I’ve been to before, and all the beach gear and game room stuff was really nice to have access to. I just wish linens were included. It’s such a pain to haul sheets and towels. Wayne is extremely nice and responsive to any issues that came up. Would definitely go back!

Clean and comfortable beach house

We enjoyed staying in this property. It is close to the beach and was very clean. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc. were great. Our children loved playing foosball in the garage and sitting out on the front balconies!

We are South Jersey residents across from Philadelphia in Burlington County but raised in Philadelphia. We are alumni of Archbishop Ryan High School and then I later received degrees from Penn State and Spring Garden College in Engineering.

Why they chose this property

My wife and myself purchased the home for my family to enjoy. My children are in college and we do not get a chance to spend quality family time together. Since we always vacationed in Brigantine it made sense to purchase a home in an area that we all enjoy and kids would want to visit. My father owned a summer home in Brigantine in the 1970's where I grew up fishing and clamming. We feel connected with the island.

What makes this property unique

We purchased this home for many reasons but the mesmerizing ocean views from 2 balconies catches your eye. You can even see the ocean breakers from the top balcony. In the evening we have unobstructed views of the Atlantic City skyline. Inside the spacious second floor with a modern kitchen that features granite counter tops is pleasing to the eye.
